Cons Recently, I took a new assesment in their platform. I completed according to their instructions.(proctoring) And what happened at the end? They just send me an email due to technical issues they invited me to retake assesment. I contacted with their support to get better explanation, and what they said the day I was taking assesment they had issues so they lost all recordings. So what they told basically I spent 1.5 hour in front of computer for nothing. And I have to retake it assesment. They are not taking any responsibility on that issues from their side.
