Fantastico software che aiuta ad avere popolarità, gestire la clientela senza potersi scordare nulla al contrario delle chiamate in cui magari dopo aver chiuso con la cliente , non ricordi qualche particolare che possa esserti sfuggito .Geniale ed utile , da poter usare ovunque ci si trova!

Pros

Da la possibilità di evitare chiamate e messaggi , e gestire tutto a portata di click in pochi passaggi. Il cliente così potrà prenotare il suo appuntamento in totale autonomia gestendo anche l orario che preferisce! Meglio di così?

Cons

Al momento non c'è nulla che non piace. Lo trovo geniale e di facile utilizzo.

Cons

I promemoria delle clienti allinizio erano perfetti. C'era sia comunicazione dell'appuntamento che promemoria 24 h prima. Quest'ultimo ed completamente sparito, mentre nel primo addirittura non specifica ora e gg. Se sono più di 2 appuntamenti ne segnala solo 1

Pros

I like that you can search for the type of appointment that you need and all of the local services appear in one place. It really saves time on searching around for different services and offerings. It is easy to use and I can easily and quickly book an appointment within a few minutes.

Cons

I would like to have more choice of clients when looking for booking a service. I have found that not all local services are listed on Treatwell, which means I often have to search elsewhere, thus defeating the object of using the app.

To date my experience with treatwell has been amazing. I have received mounts of support and I have now hav two salons in which treatwell have also supported. I would definitely recommend treatwell as a first point of contact if you are starting your own beauty business

Pros

I love how easy it it to navigate! It very easy to use and if you have any issues you have a dedicated account manager who is always happy to help. It tracks you sales and staff and also does all your promoting and marketing for you.

Cons

The only issues I have with connect is that we are not able to sell our own gift vouchers or create promotional codes to use with our business via treatwell to entice more customers

It’s been a positive experience in general

Pros

The software functions fairly well from the client booking side and the clients tend to be a good calibre.

Cons

My least favourite part of the software is a lack in featured which sends clients marketing promotions, newsletter, events etc. Also there is very limited space to provide client history. It would be great if it could have client record cards, consultation forms and pre & aftercare forms to allow clients to complete online. The problem I have is because Treatwell is very basic here, it is not possible to intergrate with another diary system.

Gestiones rápidas, sencillo de utilizar y con gran alzance a la poblacion.

Pros

Lo que mas me gusta es lo "user-friendly" que es la plataforma. No hay como perderse, te ahorra tiempo y puedes centralizar todo en un mismo software, desde la caja hasta la agenda. Estupendo.

Cons

No me resulto tan facil cambiar o añadir productos. Fuera de eso, genial.

Treatwell has been ok I was disappointed when I had to stater paying monthly and they take 35% off you for a new customer which I don’t think is fair when you pay monthly anyway. My 1st account manager was on the ball and stayed in touch all the time my previous one is not that great shame really

Pros

That your able to fill gaps in your day.

Cons

There needs to be something in place for people that don’t pre pay if they don’t turn up. They should still have to put their card details in and if they don’t pre pay and wait to pay at the venue if they are a no show they should have the full amount or at least 50% deducted from their card.

NO LO RECOMIENDO. Al contratarlo no me especificaron correctamente las condiciones. Tuve problemas desde el primer momento y conflicto con ellos. Cada vez me atendía una persona diferente. Tardamos meses en ponernos de acuerdo y finalmente me detectaron cáncer de utero y solicité la devolución de mi dinero, ya que YO, que soy la persona que iba a utilizar el servicio iba a estar dada de baja por un tiempo indeterminado mientras me trataban con quimioterapia y radioterapia. Nadie de la empresa tuvo ni el más mínimo sentimiento de compasión conmigo. Ni siquiera me desearon la recuperación hasta los últimos e-mails. No me van a devolver mi dinero aunque se lo he solicitado, incluso por medio de abogados, alegando que mi negocio no iba a cesar su actividad durante mi enfermedad. No he tenido suficiente con todo lo que me ha ocurrido como para que además me traten así. No cometan el mismo error que yo cometí. NO LO TECOMIENDO.

Treatwell Connect has definitely increased clients to my salon which was the aim in getting it. However the cost has crept up just recently and a monthly fee over and above commissions was not what I signed up for, and would have made me think differently.

Pros

It's ease of use. Easy to see appointments.

Cons

There are some things I can't do myself on my page and so have to contact Treatwell Customer Services.
