I feel very lucky to have come across Treatwell a couple of years ago and decided to start using their app to help growing my business. It has helped me to fill a lot of empty slots, and to be found by lots of new clients. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! especially if you are a solo massage therapist trying to build your business!

Pros

it is very easy to use, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING! Very responsive and always able to help with any enquiries or issues. It is like having a personal support team!

Cons

I have 3 locations supported by treatwell and it would be nice to be able to book a client who visited only 1 venue in a different clinic without having to re-create a profile and copy/paste their details.

Es bastante funcional, nos ayuda mucho a controlar la agenda del salón, pero me encantaría que más allá de los sms, pudieran enviar WhatsApp para las clientas, ya que es la forma que todos se manejan mejor. Ya hace 2 años que lo tengo y seguiré.

La posibilidad de que nuestras clientas puedan gestionar sus citas libremente.

Cons

La comisión que cobran por algunas reservas no me parece justa una vez que ya pago mensualmente por tener la aplicación.

La atención al cliente que ofrecéis, y la comodidad para mi y mis clientes a la hora de dar citas . Y sobretodo recordar la cita.

Cons

Ahora mismo no envian en el mensaje la cita exacta . Tengo personas mayores y se lían con los mensajes. Y al no tener la cita se confunden. Que vuelvan los mensajes con las citas concretas.

Insgesamt finde ich Treatwell super und ich wurde immer wieder damit arbeiten.

Pros

Es bringt viele Kunden und man kann gut damit den Business starten.

Cons

Zu Höhe Provisionen und Kundendienst weiß nicht über alles Bescheid. Die Mitarbeiter sind gut aber ich denke die sollten noch besser geschult werden. Man sollte immer eine Antwort auf die Fragen geben. Die Bewertungsystem ist schlecht da die Kunden direkt in dem Email auf den Stern drucken und wenn sie ausversehen auf 4 oder 3 Sterne klicken diese Bewertung direkt abgegeben wird.
