### "Nos encanta Treatwell "

En general la experiencia suele ser bastante buena

Pros

En general nos gusta mucho Treatwell ya que nos ayuda a agilizar todos los procesos dentro del salón, además de tenernos todo el stock y toda le gestión de clientes bien controlada. Además es muy intuitivo para nuestros trabajadores.

Cons

Si tuviera que sacar algo que no nos gusta tanto, sería el que al enviar el recordatorio de cita sale enviado por Treatwell y no por el nombre del salón.

Lo que más me gusta es la de funcionalidad, la comodidad para los clientes y para mí equipo a la hora de ver las citas

Cons

Me gustaría poder hacer búsquedas de clientas por servicios, es decir poder comprobar los clientes que usan un determinado servicio. Me gustaría también poder programar recordatorios automáticos de las citas cuando un cliente tiene que repetirse cierto servicio como puede ser el láser

Las citas y los recordatorios a las clientas, y la lista negra, que permite que no reincidan clientas que reservan y cancelan constantemente.

Cons

Lo que han cambiado del sms de las citas, el recordatorio llega con hora y día pero la confirmación de las citas no, mandan enlace y es muy incómodo para las clientas y para nosotras

Biggest problem when starting self-employeed is gaining new customers, I have found treatwell amazing at attracting new clients and as my reviews and business have grown so have the amount of bookings received through treatwell. The system is easy to use and customer service team have been great with any quieries. Has Definetly helped my business grow and attract clients. Even regular clients love the ease of being able to book on the go, 24/7.

Pros

Very easy to set up and use. I like the notifications straight to my phone and email so I am aware straight away when a booking has been made. Easy to see reports on income. Can use on my phone/app or work computer. Allows 24/7 bookings.

Cons

No form of deposit. It is flexible for clients (which is great) but also allows for last minute cancellations or no shows. They do have prepaid which helps limit the amount of no shows but they can still not turn up with no consequence, leaving gaps in your day.

Más que positiva. Al cliente le encanta poder visualizar todas las opciones de nuestra agenda y nosotras trabajamos con una previsión muy exacta. Los recordatorios hacen que haya disminuido notablemente las ausencias

La facilidad que da al cliente para organizar sus citas hace que acuda con más frecuencia y la descarga de trabajo que supone no tener que agendar nosostras.

Cons

No poder decidir si mantenemos habilitada o no la opción "pago en el salón", la deficiente visualización en modo "semanal" y el no poder coger la cita en esa opción de pàntalla. También el proceso de protección de datos y consentimiento del cliente es un poco lioso

Todo en general ,es fantástico y a ido mejorando con el tiempo.

Anteriormente no me gustaba que no se pudiese bloquear parte del dinero a la hora de reservar porque nos dejaban citas colgadas, pero eso a mejorado ya.

### "Basic interaction is easy"

I get new clients through the app and then mainly convert them to booking direct. There isn’t a single policy that is salon friendly. ie the new improved “No-show” which is a joke. It does not protect salons only Treatwell’s margin. I want the right to set a deposit, blacklist a client, maybe give clients a star rating for other salons to see. More like AirB&B. Make the clients more accountable. Or for Treatwell to take a 20/30 % deposit which is then split 80/20 in favour of the salon and paying Treatwell for the automatic non human admin, to prevent no shows. Which is the same as “up to an hour before” policy.

Pros

Easy to add independent appointments and block out time

Cons

It does not reflect the way the beauty business works. Does not allow for logical listing of time versus price treatments. Nor does it allow for correct categorisation. Illogical. You can’t create groups of treatment,packages. Very little to like actually.

It is possible to create treatment packages, if you get in touch with your Account Manager they will be able to help you do this. We are investigating the option of blacklisting clients or having a rating system. However, in the meantime if you have an issue with an individual customer please get in touch and we will aim to resolve it. We know that no shows are frustrating, making a deposit scheme appealing. That's why we have focussed on automated appointment reminders, as well as introducing rescheduling software for customers, so that if they can't make they can choose another time. Lo q mas me gusta es q es muy fácil de usar

Cons

Que no se puedan crear promociones de acumular % de dinero para gastar al mes sirviente. Es decir por venir acumulas un 10% para gastar al mes siguiente. Y el precio me parece un poco elevado en comparación con otras.

La verdad muy decepcionado porque hasta que pagas todo es super bonito pero una vez que pagas y usas el programa te das cuenta que esta lleno de carencias

De Treatwell agenda geeft regelmatig aan dat er geen plaats is in mijn agenda, terwijl dit niet klopt. Er zijn een paar keer per jaar technische problemen, waardoor mensen niet kunnen boeken.

Llevo 4 años con Treatwell y estoy muy contenta con todo lo que ofrece y como empresa.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta de Treatwell es la facilidad de uso para mi y mis trabajores en el móvil o ordenador. El servicio de recordatorio Sms es súper importante ya que nos facilita las citas y que no se nos escape los clientes.

Cons

Lo que me gustaría mejorar es tener una opción de intervalo de sms si se puede mandar 2 recordarios uno de inmediato al realizar la cita y otro 24 o 12 horas antes. Y que también los teléfonos extranjeros lo reciban con más facilidad.

Our company Splash salons has been using Treatwell in the UK for almost 15 years and we have had a great relationship with them. We opened a salon in Madrid 6 weeks ago and we decided to use Treatwell for our software. since then it has been a nightmare. They are single-handedly ruining our business. 1. they DO NOT get back to us regardless how many emails or whatsapp’s we send them. 2. All of our prices and treatments are incorrect and we do not have the options to change them ourselves.3. Treatwell Pro is not fit for purpose and it’s creating chaos to our day to day operation. To everyone who is considering using Treatwell Spain i strongly advice you not

L ho scoperto a Torino, quando ho dovuto prenotare un trattamento all'improvviso e non sapevo a chi chiedere. Poi l'ho utilizzato a Milano per trovare centri unghie competenti e a prezzi buoni e devo dire che mi sono sempre trovata benoneOra lo usa la mia estetista per ricordarmi gli appuntamenti e lo trovo molto comodo e poco invasivo. Senza quello avrei sicuramente dimenticato qualche appuntamento

L'ho usato più volte a Milano e Torino per individuare parrucchieri o centri unghie ed estetiste e mi sono sempre trovata bene. LO trovo affidabile e chiaro. Si leggono subito i prezzi, le recensioni e si ha una valutazione comparativa per scegliere. Attualmente la mia estetista lo usa per ricordarmi gli appuntamenti, quindi ricevo gli SMS con la conferma e poi la notifica il giorno prima.

Nelle città piccole non sempre si trovano centri che lo utilizzano quindi è ottimo sulle grandi città ma meno su quelle piccole
