Pros

I love that I don't have to call to a salon anymore and that I have a clear overview of the appointment and can manage it.

Cons

The offering is not very high, it would be great if they can get more companies to use the tool, then it would become even easier to find the right salon.

It’s well know platform and can give you new customers, which can be crucial especially when you’re starting. They take rather big commissions on first booking but rebooking is more fair. But great at integrating with other calendars and can take a lot of extra time to deal with that issue (including double booking). Great when you’re starting and desperate to have new customers and you’re willing to pay a lot to get them.

Pros

Best thing about Treatwell is how well known it is. With tv advertising it’s probably the most known booking system for beauty industry. Some people search treatments through the app so it’s more than a booking system, it’s almost like a platform.

Cons

Not great at integration with other system, can cause a lot of extra work if you’re running a busy salon as lack of integration is causing unnecessary wait of time (dealing with double booking)

I am using both as one is for the customers that got used to using Treatwell but the ones that really don’t like this platform are booking through other systems.

Hi Anna, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear you experienced issues with the integration with other systems. We do offer a one-way sync with a variety of other calendars. This means that for example when you add a appointment in your Google calendar, it will sync to Connect. Unfortunately this doesn't work from Connect to Google, but this solution should avoid double bookings via Treatwell. Because the availability on the marketplace is based on your availability in Connect. If you want support in this, we're happy to help! It's true that there is commission on a first booking of a new customer. You can see this as a finder's fee. We of course want that customer to become a regular customer for your salon, and on repeat bookings there is no commission charged!

Not helpful at all Whenever you have issue with customers they don’t deal with it Don’t wanna deal with complaints As a provider not protected in any way

Unfortunately I can’t list pros as I can’t find any the longer I stay on treatwell . It is just an expensive calendar , just about it .

Cons

As a provider of the services we aren’t protected at all . Had two very bad experiences with the customers ( being rude and abusive ) asked treatwell to block them response was ‘nothing we can do about it! ‘ Charging new customers fee even for regular customers that booked in the past ! If they haven’t booked within certain period . High monthly fees. Plus over the roof commission. We have no rights to choose the customers. I had a customer who rescheduled 5 times within a month ! Loss and treatwell won’t do anything about it . Don’t wanna loose my reviews hence still there.

I have been using it for a few years. Now but find it quite expensive. Other competitors are cheaper. The main thing stopping me moving is I have good reviews which I don’t want to lose. However this is under review as I am trying to keep cost down.

Pros

Great customer service and easy to use. Great feature with too rated

Cons

High commission AND high monthly fees. Other platforms such as Fresha are much cheaper. The only reason I have stayed so long is because of my reviews.

### "Tteatwell- work smarter not harder "

At our spa, even though the company does marketing each professional is responsible to.build their own client buisnesses/ portfolio. Treatwell has really helped our professionals expend their clientel and most importantly it has helped everyone have a cleaner schedule.

Pros

Easy to use and as spaanager able to select what other employees can do. Love the notifications straight to our phones once someone has booked and reminder for individuals schedules. Has completely eliminated double bookings.

Cons

Does not require a deposit for booking, so people and cancel or no show with out penalty. Only recognizes a client if exact name is used.. would be nice to locate client by phone number ber / email.

Treatwell connect has really helped me stay organised and has boosted the growth of the business. There is always a team member to help who is very knowledgable and friendly that can assist if you get stuck or need any advice. They have your best interest at heart, I think it's really great!

Pros

It's simple to use, very user friendly. It keeps all my appointments in one place and allows me to manage my week easily. It's boosted my business growth, I especially like the reminder texts and emails that are automatically sent out the day before the appointment, and I really like the widget that can be linked onto my facebook page, website and instagram profile. It's really helping my business take off and I've been telling everyone about it.

Cons

Cancellations can be difficult when client as paid in advance for treatment.

Pros

Cannot describe how amazing Treatwell is. in response to the many negative reviews below, you need to bear in mind that the availability of the salon is real time and when the availability is accurate there is never a problem. There is no such thing as inacurate or double bookings. When I receive a booking from a client I receive a push notification, 2 emails and a text all on my phone. Clearly there are many salons who do not keep accurate diaries therefore this is not treatwells fault but people feel the need to blame Treatwell. I would still have a business without Treatwell but I wouldn't be anywhere near as busy. The booking software is always accurate and there's no such thing as bookings not coming through to the salon. This is just salons failing to take responsibility for not being organised which Treatwell make clear when you join. I absolutely love Treatwell and I am proud to be part of this company. As a Treatwell partner, if you keep everything accurate there will never be problems with bookings. Very highly recommended

Love to have the ability to add pictures of work to client records.

The software is easy to use and there are many features that help on how to communicate with Treatwell team, which has fast a response whenever you need help.

\- easy to use. - Better to let the users organise gaps time between each treatment individual as well (cleaning room time). Because when someone book for 2 treatments, we always loose our time for this gap with nothing. - I cancel treatwell widget software because the staff gave me different information quite often. Someone say “yes” someone say “no” in the same question. This is very confusing me. - My friends told me that they didn’t see my business on treatwell market. Then I try to search from my husband’s mobile and I didn’t see as well. But it show on my mobile ?

This software is very easy to use!! (Only widget that I need their team to help)

Cons

\- when someone book 2 treatments continues, I can’t delete or reduce cleaning time between each treatment. And it made loose a chance for more appointment.
