A la mise en ligne de mon site la commune n'était pas la bonne. Via What'sApp j'ai laissé un message depuis plus d'une semaine et je n'ai toujours pas de réponse !!! J'ai demandé la résiliation depuis hier et une personne devait m'appelait à 11h 30 ... il est 13h10 je n'ai aucune nouvelle .... donc réfléchissez bien car vous ne pourrez joindre personne.

Pros

Au départ de la signature tout le monde est à votre écoute mais une fois le contrat signé et la mise en place du site faite .... vous allez galérer !!

Cons

Une fois le contrat signé bon courage pour avoir une personne au téléphone car vous ne pouvez pas les joindre .... uniquement avec le tchatche du site et quand vous discutez avec le robot la réclamation avec un N° est enregistré et ils ont 48 à 72h pour vous répondre !!!! WAAOOOUUHHH quelle rapidité.

Nada , todo fue horrible estuve 5 años con ellos y de verdad que lo intenté pero una ruina darles oportunidades.

Las comisiones abusivas, me parece fatal las políticas que implementan sin autorización, no te atienden solo con un robot.

It’s well know platform and can give you new customers, which can be crucial especially when you’re starting. They take rather big commissions on first booking but rebooking is more fair. But great at integrating with other calendars and can take a lot of extra time to deal with that issue (including double booking). Great when you’re starting and desperate to have new customers and you’re willing to pay a lot to get them.

Pros

Best thing about Treatwell is how well known it is. With tv advertising it’s probably the most known booking system for beauty industry. Some people search treatments through the app so it’s more than a booking system, it’s almost like a platform.

Cons

Not great at integration with other system, can cause a lot of extra work if you’re running a busy salon as lack of integration is causing unnecessary wait of time (dealing with double booking)

Hi Anna, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear you experienced issues with the integration with other systems. We do offer a one-way sync with a variety of other calendars. This means that for example when you add a appointment in your Google calendar, it will sync to Connect. Unfortunately this doesn't work from Connect to Google, but this solution should avoid double bookings via Treatwell. Because the availability on the marketplace is based on your availability in Connect. If you want support in this, we're happy to help! It's true that there is commission on a first booking of a new customer. You can see this as a finder's fee. We of course want that customer to become a regular customer for your salon, and on repeat bookings there is no commission charged!

Not helpful at all Whenever you have issue with customers they don’t deal with it Don’t wanna deal with complaints As a provider not protected in any way

Unfortunately I can’t list pros as I can’t find any the longer I stay on treatwell . It is just an expensive calendar , just about it .

Cons

As a provider of the services we aren’t protected at all . Had two very bad experiences with the customers ( being rude and abusive ) asked treatwell to block them response was ‘nothing we can do about it! ‘ Charging new customers fee even for regular customers that booked in the past ! If they haven’t booked within certain period . High monthly fees. Plus over the roof commission. We have no rights to choose the customers. I had a customer who rescheduled 5 times within a month ! Loss and treatwell won’t do anything about it . Don’t wanna loose my reviews hence still there.

Muy mala y estresante desde el principio, es frustrante trabajar para que estos te quiten el dinero así tan a la ligera

Comisiones abusivas, los pagos online no los pagan, además de pagar por la aplicación te cobran por todo, he intentado irme y siempre es un problema, no hay manera de comunicarse con ellos, desactivan el pago en el centro para que los clientes paguen online y ellos poder quedarse con el dinero.

Pagas la aplicación al principio, quedas pagando mensual otro monto y además te sacan dinero de comisión por todo y no te ingresan el pago online, puro sacar dinero y ahora no hay personas con las que hablar

Nefasta atención. Voy a ir a consumo a denunciarles siendo cliente porque la atención que recibo es escasa, mala, con plantillas hechas y bots. No contestan al mail, no te permiten hacer una reclamación y contestan con argumentos preescritos que no se ajustan a la realidad

Muy mala. Cuando comenzaban tenias tu propio comercial que te visitaba, luego algunos chicos extranjeros que atendían el teléfono en mal castellano y ahora NADA. Solo un chat de IA que solo responde las banalidades que ya todos sabemos. Lo mismo les pasa a mis clientas, si tiene un problema, nadie se los soluciona. Estoy buscando una alternativa para pasar mi base de datos de mas de 17000 clientas.

Pros

Soy cliente de Treatwell desde que eran Wakanda. Han empeorado muchisimo en las comisiones abusivas que cobran, aunque el cliente no venga (es una estafa) y en la atención a partners y clientes (inexistente). No hay forma de comunicarse con una persona, siempre es una maquina que no te puede responder a ninguna pregunta.

Le logiciel ne fonctionne absolument pas correctement. J’avais demandé de bien synchroniser mon agenda Planity et Treatwell. Apparemment ça a été fait hors je recevais des réservations alors que sur agenda je n’avais plus de disponibilité. Les clientes étaient bien évidemment très mécontentes

Aucun aspect apprécié. Toute est très mal organisée. Des gens malhonnêtes qui essayent vous mentir

Cons

Service cliente jamais disponible Grosse commissions à payer en plus de l’abonnement mensuel alors que en réalité cela ne vous ramène aucune clientèle. Impossible de se désabonner (il faut 1 mois de préavis) alors que ça n’a jamais été précisé auparavant. Que des mensonges qui sont raconté pendant votre entretient.

Notre équipe est joignable du lundi au vendredi, de 9h30 à 18h. → Commission : Prélevée uniquement sur le premier rendez-vous des clients que nous vous apportons via notre marketing. Les clients fidélisés ne sont plus commissionnés. → Abonnement : L’un des plus accessibles du marché. → Résiliation : 1 mois de préavis, comme indiqué dans les CGV signées. → Synchronisation : Les réservations Planity sont bloquées sur l'agenda Treatwell, mais l’inverse n’est pas automatique.
