Cons So far, I have not encountered anything I dislike about using this product. Now you can attach a small monetary tip to really drive home how someone has helped you. It's nice to apply our internal values to the kudos, add emotes/gifs and messages. I also love being able to react to colleague's recognitions as well. It perks up anyone who receives a notification from Assembly. Especially the fact that redeeming the cards is instantaneous with a great variation on how you can redeem. Pros The redemption process is so foolproof and easy to use. Workflows are easy to set up for people to participate in and are awarded at random for participation. It's extremely easy to use for anyone from a seasoned corporate user to someone in the field. Customer Service is easy to work with if you run into flow issues. Cons Travel redemption is still lacking. It would be nice to book flights separately without a hotel or car. Pros It gives visibility to our achievements and helps us show appreciation to our colleagues with cute GIFs as well. Cons There is nothing that i don't like about Assembly. File sharing, I am not aware of so far; however, the learning curve that we can have with Dora AI is phenomenal. Overall, I am having a great time using Assembly. Pros The best part of using Assembly is recognizing our fellow workers, and at the same time, we are also getting recognized. There are also different gift cards that we can redeem once the points are provided. It's always great to receive points as rewards and also be recognized. Overall, I found it to be the best platform. Cons The least I like about Assembly is the customer support, which I feel can be much better. Pros Assembly is the easiest product to navigate. A product like Assembly should be easy to navigate as it is meant to be fun and quick. Cons I really cannot think of many cons. If I had to pick one I would say that their mobile app specifically for Iphone could use some work. It requires me to sign back in every time I open it. Pros Lots of companies and softwares claim to help drive employee appreciation and incentives, but Assembly delivers. Not only is Assembly simple to use as far as redeeming rewards and earning then, but the integrations they have also make it seemless to implement into your employees workflow Cons My only con would be to have a better way to filter for employees and have those stay. For example, my company is global so US employees see rewards that are only for employees in other countries. You're able to check the history of your redeems, which makes it more secure. Pros It's a great solution for employee recognition. It simplifies and gamifies the whole process into a great game of recognition for everyone. Cons There's nothing much to dislike. I have always been able to redeem my gift cards successfully. Early on, there were a few niggles related to Gift Card availability, but these were fixed on the vendor's end later, as informed by their support team. Since then, they have added way more Gift Card options to choose from. Pros Assembly has been smooth to use since the start, recognition has always been easy, and all options provided are clear to follow. Cons The mobile interface is a bit laggy; reading notifications and recognizing is always a little time-consuming, not sure if it's because of the web app. But all the options always work as intended. You can't go wrong with Assembly! Love giving and receiving points. Pros What it's designed for, to recognize our peers, management, co-workers from other departments, etc. It's so much fun to give points!! Cons We have it set up so that the feed is displaying in slack, however you had to sign onto Assembly in order to give someone points and for 2-3 months in a row I couldn't figure out how to sign on, it wanted some weird email that wasn't an email. This month I must have clicked on the right link because it brought me into Assembly and I was able to give out some points this month. I wish our leadership had been more involved in it. Pros This has been my favorite thing about my company since I started! It's given such a beautiful, meaningful way for employees to recognize each other in a way that doesn't feel kitschy or brown-nosey. It's a really nice way to just say "thanks for being great" that isn't expensive but is eventually rewarding. The platform allows for those that receive carrots to redeem them for something of their choosing - which I think is great. This platform has opened up such a wide range of cross-team communication - it's great! Pros What I love about this software is how it allows you praise any employee in your company for doing a great job, helping you with a big/little task, and having the ability to redeem your carrots for prizes! The platform is extremely user-friendly and I love how you can tag different badges to each recognition that you send out! Also love the options of retailers that you can redeem your rewarded carrots. It's like an employee to employee bonus structure, without having an actual bonus structure!
