Cons It was less than intuitive to remove a tenant - I had to create a whole new payment plan, when in my head I would just have to click X on the guy's name or something. Could just be me though. June 18, 2021 5.0 I'm grateful to have found this very affordable and easy to us company. Pros This software has taken the worry out of missing payments mailed to our home. Now tenants using Avail make their payments automatically and the payments are directly deposited into my account. I don't like that properties are not filtered and scammers use this platform. Cons Scammers are not screened and Avail allows homes that are not listed to be advertised for rent by scammers. Cons Once another property manager filled out the tenancy background check they were suddenly subscribed to slew of marketing emails. Office manager promptly had tech support block Avail.co email domain name to prevent future email blasts.
