It has been easy to utilize.

Pros

I like that it is easy to use, that there are templets setup already to just copy and past and even setup templets to onboard customers.

Cons

I dont like that I cant take a client message in the App and make it a task. it would be great to get onedrive to connect to the software.

Overall client hub has been a time saver. It keeps me on track and I get transaction details much faster.

Pros

The integration with quickbooks to request transaction details from clients is what I had been looking for.

Cons

It would be nice if it would send emails and track income emails as well. The integrated messaging is great, but not all clients like to log in to the portal.

### "Simple and secure client communication"

Emails back & forth with clients can get messy and confusing. I really like the Client Tasks area so we can both still what the open items are at a glance, and they serve as a To-Do list. Separating client chat from texts prevents information from getting lost or forgotten.

Pros

The chat thread is what I use the most. I like that this app keeps all my client communication in one place. The thread is searchable, so you have a record of your conversations.

Cons

The mobile app still has a few glitches. I prefer to use the app on the web, but clients use the mobile app and have expressed some frustrations.

Slack is more for teams, it was confusing to learn, and had way more features than necessary. Client Hub is specifically for accounting pros and it solves the pain points we have in communicating with clients.

Support and responsiveness are great.

Pros

It has drastically reduced clent email. All client communication is centrally located in client hub. Ease of use and implementation. Security 9f the software.

Cons

Better document transfer between us and clients. Its coming though.

I have felt more connected to my clients since starting to use ClientHub. I have also heard from several clients that they feel like they are in better communication with me through it.

Pros

The chat function with my clients is very beneficial. It facilitates a faster response time for both me and my clients.

Cons

I would like it to have more noticeable indicators of clients who have not accepted the invitation to join yet.

This software is evolving and seems are very invested in continuous improvement. The support is excellent.

Pros

The best features are the SECURE Apps links with password management baked in, the resources section to provide clients access to the things they ask for over and over again, and the ability to create templates to use for recurring or typical client tasks. The connection to QBO for auto-creating a client task for transaction information needed for accurate categorization is a great addition.

Cons

I would like to see the conversation pane have threads and name tags similar to Slack

The experience and the support are all outstanding.

Pros

The ability to speak to clients and have them respond. I no longer have to search emails. Anything that keeps me out of email is the best

There is nothing I don't like about Client Hub.

Cons

The mobile app for Android tends to stop working often. Use this on your computer.

Love this software. Invaluable in my business.

Pros

Clients download an app. On their end, it feels like texting so it's incredibly easy to keep them out of my inbox while still responding to their needs timely.

Cons

It's hard to batch download items - however as of the time of this writing the tech team has been incredibly responsive and is building out a means to do just that!

The tasks panel is very helpful when something is needed. I am able to save time by not having to shift through old emails to see what is still pending.

Pros

I like that it syncs with QuickBooks Online, and clients can easily select which account the expense transactions belong to.

Cons

I wish the deposits also came through the QBO sync as sometimes deposits aren't always income, and I need the client to tell me what it's for

Easy for small business to stay up-to-date with accounting and communicate with bookkeeping staff. Upload documents for bookkeeping to input, can also track payroll documentation and submission requirements.

Pros

Ease of use and able to get the file without sending another e-mail or text to follow up on the task at hand.

Cons

Pricing was an issue for us but other than that it was perfect to get day to day communications from our clients.
