Pros

Sacked is an awesome software. I use it for customers data for my business. It's very easy to navigate.

Cons

Nothing. Salesforce is pretty awesome. It helps you to keep up with tracking leads and sales. It also keeps track of customer support tickets.

I've used Salesforce Commerce Cloud as a complementary CRM consumer data-keeping platform to inform our overall marketing strategies and planning as well as to plan for and execute outgoing digital and email campaigns with increasingly individualized messaging based on the consumer data collected.

Pros

It's a scalable yet enterprise-level platform tool for tracking customers throughout their journey, increasing data on them, segmenting them, and leveraging list-building and CRM to ensure that you're providing the best outgoing marketing messaging for particular users at particular times. Great support, extensive capabilities. I'm a big fan!

Cons

Prices can sometimes be less adjustable than certain mid-size businesses may require for their needs but you'll always get good value with what you pay.

In my opinion it’s best for medium to large businesses whom have the resources to fully utilize its capabilities. Despite the higher price point and potential learning curve, Salesforce Commerce Cloud offers a level of flexibility and scalability that sets it apart from other platforms in the market. Salesforce Commerce Cloud has definitely set a new standard for eCommerce platforms, offering a scalable solution designed to help businesses deliver personalized shopping experiences across all channels.

Pros

What i enjoy the most about the Salesforce Commerce Cloud would be that they have such a great reputation at bringing together online and offline customer experiences. I also really love the powerful AI integration they have which personalizes the recommendations for products and the search results are based on each individuals shopping behavior. To me the improved my shopping experience as a whole. I like how the platform provides detailed insights into shoppers behavior, sales trends, inventory, and everything else. Whether you’re growing fast or even dealing with seasonal downfalls Salesforce Commerce Cloud scales with ease. You never have to worry about server management or any downtime during any high- traffic events. It grows alongside your business needs.

Cons

While Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a very powerful tool, it may be overwhelming for smaller businesses such as myself or for those just starting out. If I wasn't very computer savvy I'd probably experience more hiccups than what I have. The setup process can be bit complex, and the platform’s extensive features set can require time and expertise to fully gain some understanding in. Another con that I personally saw is the cost. To me it's definitely a bit on the pricier side, for small to medium sized businesses for sure. Although the platform is highly customizable, some businesses with specific needs may find it a bit difficult to get the platform exactly to what they require with any assistance from the creator of the program.

Pros

Salesforce has helped tremendously with Sales Management, because before Salesforce, we were using a Google spreadsheet that took a lot of time and effort to manage. When we made the switch to Salesforce, we were better able to track leads and revenue through customer profiles, and we've seen the different already.

Cons

Salesforce customer support is terrible. When we signed up for a new plan with Salesforce, they completely botched the set up process, not completing any of the steps that we asked for multiple times before we signed our contracts. I've had good experience with Salesforce customer support before, but every new experience seems to be worse and worse. On top of that, this platform is hard to learn and has quite the learning curve. They ask for more money to help guide you but after quite some time, my team and I got the hang of it.

I love that its your go to for all your online buisness needs from selling your things to services. You can personalize it to your liking/needs, it has AI to help you with promoting etc, and keeps track of all your sales, orders and accounts. So it most definitely your guru for all online commerce stuff

We are very pleased with the software. For the most part, the software is user friendly, at least most sections.

Pros

We were able to utilize sales resources in one place and the reports were amazing. Instead of printing numerous reports we can print one report with everything included.

Cons

The initial installation could have been easier however, it wasn't too difficult. Training should be more user friendly.

Salesforce CRM is very efficient. I was able to upload my prospect via excel xlms format and able to use the click to call function back in 2015. During the 2015, click to call function was getting to be popular

Cons

alot of the predictive dialers ive been using does NOT integrate with Salesforce information is input in the dialer and it would make it easier for it be integrated with Salesforce
