I have been an active admin for over 10 years and learn new things every day. The community is incredibly supportive. 9 times out of 10, there is a solutions to a problem you are looking for!

Pros

The versatility Salesforce has is unparalleled. There is so much customization available, that it really does take a special level of support. It is a beast when it comes to customer facing portals, inventory management, website management, and helpdesk support. On top of that, creating ordering platforms with a high level of security, makes this tool far superior.

Cons

Sometimes it can get overwhelming with how much capability Salesforce has. Thankfully, to combat that, there is an extensive network of support available.

It's been okay. It's fairly new to me, but I feel like I'm getting in a good rhythm and getting used to how things are set up!

Pros

I'm using it currently and I like that I can see all of the new clients in one place. It's nice that I can email and see information for my clients all in one place as well.

Cons

There are a lot of buttons to do one thing - lots of clicking involved with everything! I also am still getting used to the names of everything. Opportunities are new clients for me and cases are emails.

Salesforce commerce cloud was extremely easy to use, had great customer support features, and I felt that it was generally pretty good with security. It was able to be customized and our team used it for our organizational purposes.

Cons

Because it is a pretty famous company, I felt it was quite costly and wished it was a bit more affordable, especially for small organizations.

It is just OK, only helpful for a very large organization, better off using something simpler and more streamlined.

Pros

I liked how easy it is to pull reports and to manipulate them to fit your needs. To find simple information you need to scroll through many fields so this was hard for me to use.

Cons

It is too cumbersome and not streamlined. It has too many features and not user friendly. Very hard to find information. Too busy and needs to be simplified.

Pros

The AI that powers much of the customer automated experience is seamless. It's superior to foreign person-to-person contact - feels less stilted and more intuitive.

Cons

Because it is cloud based, lack of signal in some areas can be problematic.

i've even had friends wanting to make the switch for their online sales from square to salesforce because of all the cool features. Even my customers have said this gives my business a more professional image.

Pros

Salesforce is simple to use, very user friendly and is great for people like me that want to transition to a larger platform for their business.

Cons

Honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like about it. I am new to using a commerce cloud, im sure as my online store evolves I may find something I need but this is a major step up from square.

The flexibility to customise storefronts and manage complex product catalogues is a real strength. We've found the API integrations to be pretty solid for connecting to our other business systems, which is crucial for efficient operations and product updates.

Cons

The user interface can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when navigating through deeper settings or analytics dashboards. It took a bit to figure out where everything was located initially, and sometimes the search function isnt as intuitive as I'd like.

Pros

It is a very complete software to support the base of the sales team. It offers all the tools that an app could offer, from the possibility of archiving potential customer data to organizing itineraries on the map.

Cons

The fact that there are many functions ends up making the dynamics a little confusing.

All the things within salesforce is organised well. This organisation has helped with workload and the efficiency of doing the workload

Cons

Very hard to learn because of the many tabs that can be open for salesforce. I currently use it to manage a building and with many tabs it is very hard to navigate what exactly we are looking for.

Salesforce is user friendly and lets me easily put in my time card or expense reports without too much fuss.

Cons

I wish that there was a way to find the section to put in reports a but easier as well as a way to copy and paste a similar schedule so you don't have to put it in over and over again.
