Pros

This product has vastly enhanced my efficiency by allowing me to offload my schedule and have most of my post-operative patients check in with virtual follow-ups, which they prefer anyway. My main bottleneck is my time and Remedly has freed up a ton of that.

Cons

This product is in need of a user interface overhaul, which I understand is coming in 2019.

Remedly is very easy to use! I like the ability to build my own templates to fit my style of documentation.

Mostly it is user error. I get lost on how to use some of the functions.

Pros

I like that this software is internet based and can be accessed from anywhere. It's convenient to use from home or work.

Cons

This software requires a lot of work to set up. It is basically bare bones. I understand this and it actually makes it very individualized once it is actually set up. Customer support is really bad. I had to call 4 times within several hours one day to get help. The system wasn't recognizing my email address to log in. I had clients and was unable to use the system for the majority of the day. The next time I asked for customer support, I didn't get a call back at all. I was told would get a call within 1 hour. No call. I had a question about how to change some information that was mistakenly documented on the wrong appointment. This software is quite costly for what you get.

We recognize the difficulty and stress caused by not being able to login to start your work day. As we discussed, it seems your email address, which doubles as your login username, had been changed for your account, which caused your login challenges. I am glad we were able to sort this out for you eventually. It is true that our software is highly configurable, allowing each practice to customize it to meet their unique needs. Investing the time up front to get these configurations right however brings practices significantly increased efficiency, buying more time for staff to focus on patients. ### "Great for a small medical practice"

Pros

Remedly's integration with 360 Payments has totally transformed our payment process. We require deposits for a lot of procedures and rather than making sure we don't miss phone calls with patients ready to give their credit card information, we can just email or text them an invoice.

Cons

The invoice and payment receipts are separate and very clunky. The invoice will show the breakdown of charges including sales tax (if included) etc. which is important for the patient to understand the charges. However, once they pay, the receipt, which is separate from the invoice does not include the same breakdown of details. Ex. if a product has sales tax, on the invoice the sales tax will be shown separately, I.e. shampoo: $20.00; tax: $2.00; TOTAL DUE: $22.00. But on the receipt, which is that we give our patients to show they have paid in full, the line item for the product will just show one price for that product, with tax included. I.e. shampoo: $22.00; TOTAL DUE: $22.00. This is confusing for patients to know exactly how much an item cost before tax.

Remedly is a growing company and they've been able to take feedback constructively and implement most, if not all, suggestions we've had over the years. Looking forward to seeing them still achieve more with this platform.

Pros

As far as comprehensive software goes for EHRs specific to medical aesthetics, Remedly stood out for us when we opted to go with them 2+ years ago. It has features including subscriptions that are quite useful. We've created internal hacks to help with efficiency and flow.

Cons

While not all of Remedly's features are used, it's a matter of preference. The inventory tracking is tremendous in theory, but executing has its practical limitations. Overall support, reliability, and ease of use has improved greatly. You've got to be savvy to use, but once you get into a rhythm you can make the software work and it will be an asset to keeping patient records clean, tidy, and well documented.

We are regular medical professionals who want to see our clinic succeed and ensure our patient’s success. Remedly is more than just an EHR and PM platform it is a group of dedicated people who stand behind their technology. The customer service is like no other, they are always responsive, listen and take into consideration what we as a practice suggest. Beyond happy with the exceptional customer service.

Pros

The software is very user friendly and always getting updated with new functions that are used within the practice.

Cons

Originally, there were features that the software lacked. We are one of the first practices that used this program. At that time the company worked with practices to integrate features to the software that were needed and has just been updating since then to stay on track with all the other EMR software.

overall positive experience that last 3-6 months with a lot of the upgrades and finally getting a consistent and helpful rep \[sensitive content hidden\] She is the only reason for any positive light or rating on the system. She has helped us work through kinks, best practices and discoveries that we did not know of over the YEARS of using the system.

Pros

Remedly is very user friendly and equips me as a leader with all the tools and training guides for those who are new to the system. It is seemless to schedule, maintain and operate our patient schedules as well.

Cons

The only con right now is that Remedly does not integrate with other systems. There have been a few outside systems that we would love to have tried but we found that they are all not familiar with or aware of remdley integration unlike some other emrs.All other "cons." have been added to our project list thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\]

I have been happy with Remedly for the past two years.

Pros

The ease to access Remedly is very helpful for the team to view their schedule at all times which is very important. The software is very easy to use, and new hires find it very easy to learn. The support from Remedly has been great and they follow up with you regarding issues. The account representative is always easy to get a hold of.

Cons

The least that I like about this software is the reports available to track up sells. I would like to see a report where we can see what a patient was originally scheduled for and when they left what was actually completed.

Pros

How easy it is for patients to get in touch with all the information they need to have on hand and also it takes a weigh off our shoulders at the moment of the consultation have them already come in with all the documentation filled.

Cons

Some details could be made more specific and for example on the campaigns we should be able to leave drafts done and then send them once we're ready instead of losing them if we don't send them right away. However, as we noticed this things we always make sure to let \[sensitive content hidden\] now and she communicates said chances of improvement.

Remedly has been great for our medical spa practice. We never tend to run into any issues. We have great support with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] our customer success manager and if any questions come up he is very prompt in answering.

Pros

The most impactful features with Remedly for our practice is the charting and appointment scheduling. Our patient never have any issues completing their medical history through their patient portal. The self scheduling option is the newest feature for us and has been helpful.

Cons

It was a little difficult when our practice first opened but that is expected with anything new especially an EMR.

Pros

I like the text message and email reminders that are sent to patients of upcoming appointments. I also like the feature that pops up to ask if you would like an additional email to be sent when moving or adding additional information the existing appt.

Cons

I wish this program had an alert that would pop up with pertinent information. The software also continues to update (which is needed) with a glitch in the software every time. This software also won’t allow the user to add own treatment with labels to customize to individual practices.

We've had a great experience with Remedly over the past two years! The product and customer service team has been extremely prompt, helpful and understanding.

Pros

Remedly is very easy to use. With their updated UI, it's a breeze to do my daily tasks within the scheduler. The updated finance dashboard is also super user friendly and allows for a lot of flexibility with payments/promotions/etc.

Cons

I wish the software allowed to see when the appointment reminders have been sent, how many have been sent, and by what methods to better keep track.

My experience with Remedly has been fantastic. I have had the oppurtunity to have my concerns addressed by the CEO who is more than willing to spend time with the users of Remedly in attempt to constantly improve it.

Pros

Having come from one of the largest EMR/practice software vendors where there was virtually no support and major issues would take days to resolve if ever, Remedly's customer service is exemplary. I can always have my concerns addressed within hours. Sometimes minutes. The don't nickle and dime you with every update, new component, new user, new device etc. One monthly fee. This has obviated the need for other complementary softwares like Solution Reach as this functionality is built in to Remedly.

Cons

New software updates sometimes have some bugs.

Pros

We transitioned to Remedly from a system that was not complex with very limited options. Remedly has so many great features that we use daily. One large difference from our previous EMR is the inventory feature. Can't believe we every utilized a system that was missing that!

Cons

Transitioning to an EMR is never fun or easy with that being said it was not as bad as we were all expecting it to be. The two features I wish Remedly had is - Time Management, staff to clock in and out and the option to create multiple inventories so you can view by category rather than all inventory at once.
