Very nice free webinars, very easy to implement and use without prior training.

Pros

Simple implementation, simple and easy to read reports. Free for 100 endpoints, makes asset management a breeze.

Cons

It was too easy to install. Makes me feel like many people could easily do my job with this product :)

Pros

I like the free 100 users , it ability to run remote scripts and continuous development

Cons

IT does not have a dashboard , I would like a dashboard to view most info

On test deplyment the overall experience has been very positive. Good support when required and great it has some solid PowerShell under the hood.;

Pros

Very fair pricing and simple to set up. The real-time updates in the GUI are impressive and there looks to be some rapid and useful development underway.

Cons

GUI and navigation can be challenging when used to other similar products.

Pros

Easy to install and configure your environment. Got up and running in under 20min.

Cons

Not super clear on how the data is passing though your network.

Pros

Easy to get up and running Free for up to 100 computers Easy to setup and forgot and just let it do its job in the background!

Cons

The remote desktop part does lack a few features (chat or file transfer) No mac support (although this is on the roadmap)

Action1 has been extremely useful for getting our endpoints updated, both regarding Windows patching, and upgrading components for our CRM software suite, which went through a recent version upgrade. I was able to get workstations upgraded quickly and remotely whereas in the past, I would have had to sign into individual workstations to perform the upgrades.

Pros

The user interface is extremely intuitive. Setting up new packages for installation is straightforward, and the customer service is prompt and very knowledgeable.

Cons

There have been some issues with endpoint discovery that I have not been able to clear up yet. However, that is the only issue I've had with Action1 RMM to date.

Remote access is slow Deployment of the updates and patch need to be changed in the way of choosing

Action1 is a great alternative to most remote endpoint management competitors out there. It's ability to install Windows updates is a nice feature...however don't go into this thinking it's a complete replacement to WSUS. Action1 has great potential and I look forward to it's improvements.

Pros

IT Asset Management Deploy your own application Superb support Easy to deploy agent Able to install Windows updates (missing only) User friendly interface (UI) It's own app store

Cons

Limited documentation Updating/Installing applications doesn't always work as intended. Shows multiple versions of applications that need to be updated...when it should only show the newest version for that particular version (Ex. Adobe Reader DC had 7 different versions). Windows updates is limited
