I am a very satisfied user, the tool is very intuitive and user friendly. I also have pleasant experiences with the iBabs team, and I’ve found that whenever I contact the support team they are always helpful and friendly. I’m happy to recommend iBabs to anyone.

Pros

The Actions tracking feature is the one that comes to mind first. Since our team started to use iBabs we’ve noticed a huge improvement in meeting follow up. Actions no longer get lost in the minutes because we all have full visibility on the list of open action items. The other great thing is how smooth meeting prep has become. It’s really easy to annotate my papers and share my notes with my colleagues.

Cons

It can be impractical to hold meetings when there are other organisations involved that don’t use iBabs themselves

The experience was seemless from the initial conversations, through implementation, set up, training and rolling out to our team. We had an extremely smooth transition, with everyone on board very quickly.

Pros

I loved iBabs from day one, the portal is so easy to administer, whether that be setting users, agendas, meetings, uploading, previewing packs, the transition was pretty seemless and the benefits evident from day one. From a users point of view again, once logged in, you cannot go wrong, the ability to share and annotate is a major plus point.

Cons

I really do not think their is anything that I do not like....

### "Good App for Paperless Meetings"

We managed to save thousands of paper prints every month thanks to iBabs. That means better for the environment, less paper to shred and a more secure way of dealing with information.

Pros

The app enables us to save on paper and printing costs which is good for the environment. Using the web app, meetings can be prepared, complete with agenda and attachments. You can make separate lists with action items and decisions, and link these to the meetings. This makes it a good searchable archive as well. In the meeting, you can use a tablet or smartphone device with a dedicated app that makes annotating and viewing easy.

Cons

The Windows 10 app is slowly getting on par with the other platforms. Usually an iPad is a better choice during the meeting. The navigation in the app is sometimes not very intuitive.

It is a very reliable tool for digital meetings. It saves a lot of time, reduces paper use, and keeps all information secure.

Pros

The best part is having all meeting documents in one place. It makes preparation much faster and keeps everything very organized.

Cons

The interface feels a bit old. It can take some time for new users to learn how to navigate the menus easily.

We use it throughout the organisation. Our previous board portal was only used by our board but now the benefits of a board portal is used through all managementlayers. The whole administrative process around the meetings like minutes, decision lists and so on are made easy with iBabs as well.

Pros

We have been using another board portal in the past. The ease of use and flexibility of iBabs is incredible! We can mange the whole environment ourselves and grant exactly the rights people need.

Cons

To be honest, nothing is disappointing thus far.

totally fine - it's really enabling us to collaborate better and more quickly! I cannot elaborate on pricing as I am a mere user, but do know it was competitive.

Pros

as a board member, ibabs is a very easy solution for me to receive documents in a secure way. it's easily handlable even if you don't work with the tool continuously and you can also annotate received dcouments

Cons

offline availability would be great - especially for long flights ;-) also, I would like to have a zipped download for later savekeeping. I would also prefer to have another secure login option (e.g., SMS) instead of authenticator

Easy to set up, easy to use, feels professional and I love that I can add things to the agenda as I remember them, so the agendas can be filled out well in advance.

Pros

We save time and always have the most recent version of any document available. We no longer have to send documents around to all participants. Data is store securely behind Multi-factor authentication and can be digitally signed making us fully digital.

Cons

Very little con, would have liked a multi-day agenda that spans multiple days instead of having to create a new agenda for each day.

Pros

I’m using iBabs on a weekly basis. The software never lets me down, loading speeds are really good and it’s able to handle our extremely large PDF files well. Using it on my iPad and Macbook at the same time, the sync is stellar.

Cons

Overall happy with the options, it requires the entire team to embrace going paperless to be effective.

Pros

\- Makes board meetings really efficient, great functionality for that - I do like especially the ease of use, always #1 importance in my view if you are dependent on external users - Saves paper, therefore also does good for the environment

Cons

Not as suited for Windows environment as for iOS. Most people in our board have no issue at all with that as Apple users, I do from time to time. ;-)

Vergaderingen en dergelijke niet zelf kunnen toevoegen. Moet contact worden opgenomen met iBabs

Ik gebruik het als raadslid veel, zou niet zonder kunnen.

Pros

Je leest raadsstukken op overzichtelijke wijze en je kunt aantekeningen maken en die snel terugvinden.

Cons

Geen. Enige dat handig zou zijn is als een stuk is aangepast en bijgevoegd in volgende vergadering dat je een link kunt hebben met de oude versie zodat je de aantekeningen snel bij de hand hebt.

Positief. Kijk wel uit naar de mogelijkheden als archief functie

Simpel agenda’s te maken. Routing door bestuur en ondertekening. Iedereen altijd de juiste stukken, vooral handig bij nagekomen stukken en nieuwe deelnemers

Cons

Geen archieffunctie, daardoor geen optimale benutting van ondertekening. Nodig om aan regels provinciaal archief te voldoen. Jammer dat stukken niet rechtstreeks uit mail kunnen worden toegevoegd

Overal ben ik net zo een fervent en gepassioneerd gebruiker als jullie. Hoop dat jullie vooral doorgaan met ontwikkelen zoals de laatste jaren. Niet alle veranderen zijn verbeteringen, maar het went snel. Met name bij documenten zou ik wel wat andere opties willen hebben. Maar overall erg blij met ibabs.

Pros

De gebruikersvriendelijkheid en de tijd die het scheelt met copieren en versturen.

Cons

Als er aantekeningen zijn gemaakt in stukken en deze worden nadien vervangen dan zijn de deelnemers die aantekeningen kwijt. Dat geeft soms wel wat ongemak.

Top software, betrouwbaar, doet wat het belooft.

Pros

Generen van goed werkbare actielijsten, hergebruik van herhalende agenda's, automatische hernummering van stukken, automatische tijduitrekenen.

Cons

Ik vind het bijzonder irritant dat ik als ZZP-er geen licentie voor eigen gebruik aan kan schaffen en dat ik iedere klant afzonderlijk moet overreden over te gaan tot ibabs. Als ik wel een eigen licentie zou kunnen aanschaffen zou ik dat niet hebben en er nog veel meer gebruik van kunnen en gaan maken.

Voorheen was ik zeer tevreden. Sinds de laatste release vind ik het bijna vervelend om met iBabs te werken.

Pros

Het gebruik was altijd super eenvoudig en vanzelfsprekend. Geen uitleg nodig.

Cons

Sinds de laatste release is iBabs zeer gebruik onvriendelijk. Totaal niet logisch ingericht. Al doorgegeven. Werd beaamd dat hier meer klachten over waren.

Goed programma om vergaderingen in te plannen, agenda's te maken, te notuleren, actiepunten en besluiten vast te leggen.

Pros

Intuïtief gebruik van het programma. De hele audittrail van besluiten en behandeling van actiepunten wordt zorgvuldig zonder veel moeite vastgelegd.

Cons

Een minpunt is, dat je niet helemaal je huisstijl kan meegeven aan de geëxporteerde documenten. Hierdoor moet je elke keer na exporteren de huisstijl meegeven qua kleur.

Ik ben heel tevreden. Het scheelt me een hoop werk dat ik niet meer m'n stukken zelf op mijn laptop hoef te archiveren.

Pros

Gebruikersgemak is veruit het grootste voordeel. Ik heb niets hoeven leren maar kon het meteen zonder verdere instructie gebruiken. Een groot voordeel is dat ik altijd alle stukken compleet heb. Ook heb ik het altijd en overal bij me. Stukken vergeten kan (bijna) niet meer...

Cons

Ik zie geen minpunten. Hooguit dat je je afhankelijk maakt, dus als iBabs tijdens de vergadering uit de lucht zou zijn, hebben we een probleem. Dus de beschikbaarheid en de vertrouwelijkheid zijn belangrijke niet-functionele eisen. Ik heb hiermee nog geen problemen ondervonden

Erg veel gebruiksgemak, het werkt snel en fijn, onze licenties breiden zich steeds uit omdat er steeds meer tevreden gebruikers bij komen. Dit zegt denk ik wel genoeg :)

Pros

Wij werken nu enige jaren met iBabs en ervaren veel gebruiksgemak waardoor het een appeltje eitje is om vergaderstukken te produceren en te verspreiden

Cons

Grote documenten zoals powerpoint presentaties of grotere excel sheets geven wel vaak problemen met uploaden. Wij voegen dan links toe zodat deze documenten alsnog geopend kunnen worden.

Met iBabs kun je heel eenvoudig een vergadering voorbereiden, een agenda met alle stukken delen, notulen maken en actiepunten opstellen. Ook kun je eenvoudig deelnemers selecteren en uitnodigen voor bepaalde onderdelen/agendapunten van de agenda. Eenvoudig en doeltreffend in gebruik.

Pros

Eenvoudig in gebruik. Goed rechtensysteem zonder ingewikkelde instellingen. Zeer functioneel bij zowel de voorbereiding als tijdens de vergaderingen. Zeer tevreden over dit product!

Cons

Soms moet je even terug naar het beginscherm van de vergadering, omdat een volgend agendapunt niet goed gepakt kan worden. Maar dit is niet ernstig.

L'esperienza complessiva con iBabs è quella di uno strumento che impone disciplina. Non è solo un posto dove caricare file, ma un binario che guida la riunione. Dalla creazione dell'ordine del giorno alla firma digitale del verbale, il flusso è lineare e prevedibile. Questo riduce drasticamente l'ansia da "documento mancante".

Pros

Uno dei punti forti di iBabs è la sua robusta funzionalità offline. Molti manager viaggiano o lavorano in ambienti con connessione instabile; poter consultare l'intera documentazione del consiglio senza internet è un vantaggio competitivo non indifferente.

Cons

Nonostante l'interfaccia sia pulita, per i membri del board meno "tecnologici" il passaggio dalla carta (o dalle email) al software può essere ostico. Richiede una fase di formazione iniziale per padroneggiare funzioni come le annotazioni condivise o il sistema di votazione.
