### "Great way to keep my child close"

Pros

Our daycare provider uses Daily Connect to keep us updated with our children during the day. For our infant, it's a great way to make sure he's eating enough and having enough diapers. For our 3 year old, we're able to see what he's working on throughout the day as the activity entry allows for customization and descriptions. We also really enjoy getting pictures of our kids throughout the day, and the messaging system is a wonderful way to talk directly to their teachers if something comes up.

Cons

It's difficult to go back to previous days for information. When the school uploads a document or news about illnesses at school, we only see it if we happen to look that day. It would also be nice to have a place where image uploads are kept so we can look through them like a gallery.

Great!! I feel like I started with the company as a baby and now it’s all grown up!! I love it!! My clients as well!

Pros

I have used daily connect for years! One of the first groups of people to use the program. I have many opportunities to switch and I won’t. Its super easy to navigate and learn and all the new things they keep adding are awesome a d amazing! My clients love it as well!

Cons

I can’t honestly think of anything when something comes you they just right on it and fix it. Their customer service is amazing. I would like to start using their payment processing center, but won’t use it until they start getting the turnaround sooner.

It transforms the daycare experience from a "drop-off and pray" scenario into a collaborative partnership.

Pros

Real-Time Transparency: The ability for parents to see exactly when their child ate, napped, or had a diaper change the second it’s logged. It eliminates the "black box" feel of daycare.

Cons

The "Glitchy" Sync: One of the biggest headaches is the delay between devices. A teacher might stop a sleep timer on a tablet, but on the parent’s phone, it still looks like the child has been napping for 14 hours. It requires frequent manual refreshing.

Video uploads and customization of entries are 2 great features

Cons

Price changed to pay per child, so it is no longer a competitive price. Also the mobile version needs improvement. And parents want the option to download photos from the webpage, not just the app.

Excellent. When teachers/caregivers utilize it the way it should be, it’s the best communication and connection platform for parents.

Pros

The ease of communication between our teachers/caregivers and us as parents. We can send messages back and forth, not just teachers to us.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind. Maybe the ability to have certain notifications come through as texts rather than push notifications?

I use Daily Connect to keep updated on how my son is doing at school. I love the pictures that are posted and the level of detail included in each days activities. It tells me not only what time things were done, but how much he ate of which foods. How he liked certain activities and how his potty learning is going.

Pros

I love how easy it is to track what is happening in my child’s day and communicate with his teachers

Cons

The messages feature is a little confusing and attempts to send my messages as emails

Pros

The app is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. I also appreciate how it continues to improve with new features that are just as intuitive to use.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. Maybe when adding a new student if everything could be on one page and not in different tabs.

Pros

I have many options to make changes and add whatever details I need to help set my business apart from others and personalize what caters to me situation.

Cons

Sometimes theres issues with the app and syncing, but even when Ive had issues the support Ive had to correct issues and get us back to running normally and the quick replies addressing concerns and giving assistance has been amazing.

Pros

Very user-friendly, great price point, it contains all the elements needed to run my business & stay in compliance with regulations, extremely responsive customer service and the professional aspect of this software sets my business apart from others.

Cons

I would like if my employees had access to see their time clock-in and out, but customer service reports they are actively working on this.

Pros

I like that you can edit the time, in case you can’t enter in real time. I also like that it saves activities for future use. I like that you can choose multiple children on an entry.

Cons

I don’t like that it doesn’t have where you can choose the learning standards for documentation.

I don’t currently have any cons about it, maybe if it could be organized by day rather than a long continuous feed?

Overall, it’s a great resource to keep us informed. I imagine it decreases our overall questions for the provider and if my spouse needs to check on something, she can too if I forgot to ask at pickup or drop off.

Pros

Daily connect allows me to keep in close contact with my daycare providers and leave messages. Recent updates allow me to comment on specific activities which saves times and makes the page more organized.

Cons

I feel like the medical tab could be better utilized, but at least in our case it is not. I’ve entered things in it, but it seems like an afterthought. Secondly, the timers on how long since they’ve had a diaper change, etc seem to keep going after she is signed out of daycare so it makes me confused when I look at it that night or next morning.

Overall, the experience is easy to use, fluid, and personal allowing me to keep up to date with my child's day while I'm away. I feel satisfied that teachers are able to share information pertinent to my child and class without sharing information about other students.

Some descriptions are vague when describing parts of the day such as meals (i.e. 'most' can imply many different values'.).
