### "Better than expected but still has some growing pains"

Would use again the Dev team is excellent

Pros

Pretty easy to use and it's help accounting with syncing

Cons

Reports max out at 30 days. You can't see anything more. The following up isn't automatic. Id like to see the texting and e-mailing automated. The storage and client files are not in the same places. Tarrifs are too complex to setup

Pros

Easy to use, easy to implement, a lot of useful features.

Cons

It's pretty expensive. I am not saying it's not worth the price, but $5,000 a year for the cheapest starter package is quite a lot.

Reason for choosing SmartMoving

the main reason for me was the fact of being used by leading moving companies in my service area. Just followed the industry leaders.

we installed in 7 weeks, we brought some legal documents over, customer support and training was excellent as were the video training

Pros

Ease of use and good integration. It was important to me that I have my staff up and trained quickly.

Cons

No truck management feature which we really wanted to have

Texting, virtual contracts, easy to use, good support.

Cons

Reporting, texting and emails through the software linked to the account and not to Gmail/cell phone of user. No off line estimator app.

Pros

The support takes that cake, but there are some other really good features about this software. It is consistently upgrading and updating with new features. It keeps in line with a great sales process and storage management. They are consistently getting better on the dispatch and calendar settings.

Cons

Some cons have to be the calendar and dispatch side of the program, its not bad at all but has the most room for improvement.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] for the win...she helped me so much and went over and above to help me understand the software.

Pros

Very easy to use especially for follow ups and for customers to sign contracts and pay deposit. Accounting is also very easy as well as payroll. Saves me a lot of time.

Cons

Sometimes on a 2 day move same date shows up on paperwork on both days. Discounts show up in the system but not on customer's paperwork so discount have to be done manually on move day. Also the deposit sometimes shows on 1st day and sometimes on the 2nd day of the move. Would be nice if it consistently showed up on the 2nd day of the move.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], the woman who helped me learn the software, was absolutely amazing. I like how it keeps everything right there in a file. I like how it let's you know when forms have been completed

I wish multi day job would show with some kind of line going thru multiple days on the calendar

So far one of the greatest CRM for Moving Companies. We have used Elromco, Moveit Pro, Oncue (It's actually not just Moving CRM, but also Call Center, but still they have their product) - and not one of this CRM was on a same level as Smart Moving. Thank you Smart Moving Team!

Pros

Dispatching, crew confirmation, payroll section and many other features makes our life easier and less stressful. And it's also means more efficient and more profitable.

Cons

One of the things right that are not realized - it's sync between CRM and Phone System. But it's in a road map and should be done soon

Over built and wide for small companies. I would have a simpler version of it from tiny companies

Love the estimate and dispatch features. Love the email and text feature in sales opportunity. And appreciate the informational videos on how to use the different aspects of the Smart Moving software.

Inventory issues, but it was resolved and better.

Our moving company just started using this software in June of 2020. We absolutely love it. We recently did a training session with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to answer all of questions and explain everything clearly.

Customer service! The last product I used lack customer service profoundly! With the instant messenger function, it’s easy to connect with a rep concerning questions that we have!
