### "The best in market product"

Pros

Basically everything. There are lots of other products on the market, but this is the best available solution.

Cons

Crew confirmation is clunky in the sense that notifications are tied (in time) to the "publish" function.

Scheduling is easier than other systems - Quoting is agile and there are all kinds of details that you can dig into if you are into that sort of thing.

Pros

The integration process was very easy as it's an intuitive system to most app users. I am looking forward to using this tool to help maximize our output in the coming year. Making quick changes like rate increases or adding SKUs is another positive impact this system has made on our company.

Cons

Looking forward to better Mobile version and the ability to take payment which both are already in the works.

### "I've never been without Smart Moving"

I acquired the moving company I own and 30 minutes after closing I texted my AE w/ SmartMoving and said "send the paperwork". I knew I wouldn't operate without a CRM and SM was the one to have. CS is great to work with and the whole company is excellent at communication and helping me solve challenges when they arise. It's simply the best tool out there from a UI/UX perspective as well as functionality and being able to track, manage, and Move clients.

Pros

Ease of use and the UI/UX is inviting. While it's a powerful product, it's also intuitive to begin using from day 1.

Cons

The dashboard provides a lot of critical data but currently I can't click into the reports that source the data. Also - for every estimate we upload photos into the job but it doesn't translate to the crew app. That would be nice.

Nidasha is the best!

Pros

Love all the calendars, Moves, Estimates, Sales.

Cons

Lack of accounting reporting. Would love to be able to run more detailed AP and AR reports. More detailed Projections

My experience has been great since the very beginning with SmartMoving, almost 3 years ago. They have a great team in place; very accommodating to our needs and have continued to customize their platform to make it more user friendly.

Pros

Great software that is very customizable and tailored to the moving industry. Continuous improvements are being made to improve efficiency and add new features.

Cons

Wish the system was a bit more mobile friendly when it comes to running bills and updating dispatch.

Once we started using SM, it was much easier to apply what you had been trained to do due to frequency of using in the program. The CS has been stellar!

Pros

Ease of using the platform in general Lower monthly fee No contract

Cons

Getting onboarded was painful My rep went on maternity leave and we were asigne a new rep...however Nidasha is amazing.

Fantastic, would never be able to go back to not using the software weekly

Pros

Fantastic product that serves an all in one purpose allowing you to eliminate the need for other software/services that can be extremely expensive and time consuming

Cons

Some glitchiness, but I think that can be fixed with a software update. Other than some minor bugs, I have no cons about the peoduct

We chose Smartmoving over the others bc of the text message option and their pricing at the time was better. Now, its not so much better in that aspect.

I like the communication between us and the customer that this program allows for. Sending texts, and emails, directly from the website, and having auto reminder emails is great feature! Would recommend.

Smartmoving has allowed me and my supervisors to save lots of time now that we use digital BOLs. The estimating software is great and I love how it gives you a ballpark average right on the spot.

Pros

The way we are able to maintain the operations and estimations for all of our customers

Cons

I wish multi day jobs were a little less cumbersome to add, but it's better than anything else I've seen on the market

Very Very good!

Pros

Usability, sales, organization was very easy to understand and use. Training new hires was very seamless. This raised our booking percentages and overall organization of the company.

Cons

Accounting section is very hard to understand. We do not use this feature, however it can be useful if reorganized in a different way.

It’s been Terrific through and through. From day one it has been a vast improvement

Pros

User interface is easy to understand, Makes everything nice and organized and all in one place and it’s accessible from multiple platforms. If I have a specific question about a job it’s easy to just pull my phone out and check for a specific number or name.

Cons

It is difficult to adjust the start and stop time when calculating total labor hours for a job once you have selected an initial number.

The software incorporates short training videos and webinars on items that could be confusing down the road. Tracking dispatch and moves with the CrewApp. Consolidation of invoices, signed contracts, and estimates. Lead information all in once place and organized by the status of the lead or opportunity. Very compatible with integrations.

Cons

The tip feature on the CrewApp can not be customized to tip percentages of your choosing.

### "SmartMoving - Better than MoveitPro"

I thought I loved MoveitPro until they added the call center option to their service and started taking away things you could do on their software (they did this to protect their call center revenue, putting this new feature above the needs of the customer). So I looked at other options and I found SmartMoving. No contracts, better price, but more importantly a much better software. Only a few weeks into using it and several of my repeat customers stated the new software was easier to understand from their side (customer portal, quote forms etc). The inventory screen on the customer side is hands down the best of any moving software I have used, but more importantly, that's what my customers think as well. I paid MoveitPro over $30,000 last year for services and in the end I felt they treated me very poorly when I decided to go to another company. But I am so glad that I did. Lesson learned, do not do contracts with a moving company software when there are much better options like SmartMoving.

Pros

This software is easier to use than MoveitPro. It's much faster when it comes to creating new quotes and navigating through the different screens. Everything is well laid out. Customer communications all on one screen.

Cons

It doesn't have every feature but it has every important feature and they are always adding more.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] were fantastic in the entire onboarding process and continue to deliver excellent customer service whenever we have a question or concern.

Cons

The app does not have a way to track employees hours without a manual entry for each shift. No calendar view on the Crew app.

As we are in Canada sometimes an address can be a issue and we have a address lay out that is different but we work around it.

Amazing so far. I’ve done a lot of research and demoed a lot of different companies, SmartMoving won in most categories.

Pros

Ease of use, smooth flow, looks very good and the customer service during the sales and training process was on point. Really hope that it continues after the onboarding so far it looks like it will.

Cons

Not a lot to note here. Still need to use it a bit longer to determine if there are any issues.

This product is straight forward, easy to use, and user-friendly. The trainings are readily available and customer support is always eager to lend a helping hand.

Pros

As an accountant for residential moving companies, SmartMoving has been an essential part of making our client's books accurate and detailed. How SmartMoving syncs up with QBO is a fantastic feature. We will 100% suggest SmartMoving to every client, every time!

Cons

I have no cons to this product. Tobe (SmartMoving Partner) has been an essential part of making sure the product out performs any CRM on the market.
