### "Smart Moving - My fave CRM to book moves on!"

Customer support is always available, they're so polite, helpful and most importantly - patient. There's tutorials available too. Even our customers are able to use it and many of them stress they're 'no good' on computers, but I'm always able to walk them through their end of things (to sign the estimate/place deposit etc..) just overall customer/user friendly software.

Pros

It's easy to use! New features/upgrades are constantly being made to improve our overall experience plus the team at Smart Moving takes on board suggestions from it's users, things we'd like to see added/improved many of which have been integrated.

Cons

I've honestly not found anything to dislike about it, I started with the company right when it was implemented so I've grown as it's grown which for me is great as I'm not particularly well versed in tech related products. I suppose the only negative is if it's running slowly - but that's so rare and if there is a problem, they always put out a banner acknowledging the issue which they're always quick to resolve.

It's the source of truth for our business. We manage scheduling, dispatch, basic payroll functions, storage, reporting, and sales data. As long as you use the features available, it will help keep your moving business truckin' along.

Pros

\- Easy to use - Training videos are short and sweet - They listen to user feedback - Quick to respond on Chat (and it's a real person, not AI)

Cons

Some of the reports can give conflicting information at times so it's important to make sure you are using the correct report for what you are looking for.

### "Great Updates!"

All the updates are extremely helpful (except the one with the truck fee). Since it has been updated from version 1.0 to version 2.0 it is a pleasure to use SmartMoving.

Pros

All the new features which make easier to estimate a job when it requires loading or unloading only (in the past we had to divide the estimate time to quote such moves).

Cons

The latest update with the truck/trip & travel fee is not too convenient, as we do not want our customers see how we calculate the price.

Pros

It has been really easy to use, I love the many different features and the capability that customers have to make their payments without having to through another 3rd party

Pros

It is very easy for scheduling as well as to keep track of what our booked and pending customers are saying.

Cons

That we are not getting notifications for what booked customers are saying when they are under another team member, this would be helpful even if we have admin access

Excellent. I am a legacy account holder. It keeps evolving into something that is greater.

Pros

The ease of use. For the most part I could onboard 70% of the systems without looking at any tutuorials

Cons

Lack of integration API's I wish it could link with other software applications easier

I like how its so easy to learn how to use. All the videos posted to make sure you have something to go based of.

Pros

How user-friendly it is makes it easy to learn how to use it without having to invest much time learning the different tabs it has.

Cons

To be honest, so far there is not a thing that I don't like. It might need some updates regarding certain tabs but overall it is an amazing software to use for sales in the moving industry.

### "You won't regret smart moving"

Overall positive experience. The customer's experience is quick and easy for them to sign off and place their deposits. PS, I tried to quit them, but came back... quitting any software is difficult, but I was willing to.. Turns out after reviewing the competition I was no longer willing to.

Pros

I can book a move quickly and efficiently with using it.

Cons

Dispatch is difficult for multi day projects, but i'm used to it now and have figured out how to keep myself organized.

### "Top Moving CRM on the market right now"

I've been with SmartMoving for 5 years now, and have gotten so much more efficient with sales particularly, but also dispatch. Transmitting information between sales, operations and finance is one of the toughest things to do in a business, but with SmartMoving it has gotten so much smoother.

Pros

It's the most versatile CRM for Moving Companies out there. So many great features to manage literally every aspect of our business, and fantastic reporting to really get a pulse on what's happening, how our team is performing, and what tweaks to make on a daily basis to maximize revenue and profitability.

Cons

There are just a few things that we have had to develop workarounds for. I think in the past, developments have been fairly slow but they seem to be picking up steam lately and I'm optimistic that the future is bright.

Pros

Cloud based and can be accessed from any device at any time. The software is being updated on a consistent basis with new features.

Cons

Nothing that comes to mind. If there is an issue, then it is corrected asap.

Overall I've had a great experience with SmartMoving and definitely recommend it to anyone in this industry! It will save your company a ton of time and labor. It's a way better user experience both for your sales operations and dispatch, but most importantly for your customers!

Pros

It's very customizable. It's set up perfectly for all moving and storage needs. All the functionality that a company like ours may need is already built in and ready to be used. You just need to customize the preferences to match your specific way of operating.

Cons

Its not cheap at all and the prices have gone up significantly since I got my first demo. Also it requires a ton of setup that you do on your own with assistance of tech support.
