### "Great way to organize your entire moving company!"

Overall, my experience with SmartMoving has been very positive. We all can nitpick features that will forever be on our wish list, but I think you all got a pretty good handle on the big stuff: Sales, storage, flexible tariff options, and Dispatch too, although I think it can still be improved upon

Pros

Ease of use, I’m not very tech savvy, but the interface is pretty user-friendly in my opinion. Also, I really like the responsiveness of the support team. storage module is well thought out, although taxing “warehouse handling” when “prepaid storage” is selected on the estimate is rather baffling to me. The ability to create multiple tariffs is super cool too

Cons

Customer service module could be built out a little more (vendor information, direct customer interaction like in the sales module). Ability to add freestanding notes on the Dispatch calendar would be helpful. The customer profiles could use some work. Perhaps a feature to flag. The customer as a problem customer directly in their profile instead of job dependent. Also locking their names so that if a client changes the main contact person, it only affects that one active opportunity in any other opportunity after that. Currently it changes the name on all jobs throughout that client’s history.

Love it, customer service is pretty responsive, the product its self feels well ahead of the industry standard, and very rarely do we have any techincal difficulties.

Pros

We love the how user freindly it feels. When I was first looking at CRM's I kept mentioning that SmartMoving is the "Apple" of the moving industry. Very clean and easy to understand for both businesses and customers. Also, for me personally the inventory is very easy to use for on-site estimates which is a mjaor plus!

Cons

Lack of felxiblity/consitency on data reports. Some reports are able to filter certain factors while others don't allow you to. They're constantly updating tis though.

The team is supportive and professional and always there to help with whatever we may need. Overall, I highly recommend the product and the team supporting us as clients.

Pros

SmartMoving is moving software designed by people who truly understand the industry and they are constantly working on upgrades from real users.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints at the moment. The team is continuously working on fixes and upgrades and over time they have offered more than we could have even dreamed of or asked for.

SmartMoving has been a game changer with our growing moving company in keeping all of our daily operations and billing in line. We are now an agent for a van line and I am hoping to see some growth with integrations there.

Pros

SmartMoving is ever improving and listens to their customers wants and needs.

Cons

I wish there was more on the accounting side so it is all in one and there is not a need to integrate with other systems.

Everyone on the SmartMoving team has been extremely professional/helpful from the initial DEMO appointment to now. This CRM is incredibly useful to the crew on moves and assists the office with keeping up to date with everything going on behind the scenes.

Pros

Organized and easy to navigate jobs, leads, reports, accounting, etc.

Cons

Cannot send documents in an email and cannot print an email under "sales".

This software has been a reliable workhorse for our company since switching after nearly 2 years with Moverbase. We’ve seen our sales go from 125k to 650k since switching to SM. The volume we are doing now would not be possible with our old software.

I have chatted with customer support and asked about "Dark Mode" Looking at a screen for 8hrs a day can be strenuous. I think it would be a great idea to implement that feature.

Pretty good and I would recommend their software to anyone looking for one.

Pros

Easy to collect information from customer and open their file. Ability to have paperwork signed off before the job day.

Cons

Only issue for awhile was trying to get customers to sign off on one valuation option when they are signing their estimate and making it required. Eventually my manager reached out to Smart Moving and they were able to add that option for us.

I was a mover before I started working in the office. I never knew there was an app for moving but I always thought there should be. When I discovered SmartMoving I felt jealous. I felt the idea was almost "stolen" from me... I should have been the one to develop it! I fell in love with it right away. I've worked at Four major moving companies and this was the first time being introduced to the application of its sort. I'm excited for AI implementations

Pros

I like how everything you need is right there in front of you - all the information you need is organized into easy-to-use tabs.

Cons

Mandatory updates and minimum customization. Some of the many options make the application sort of convoluted.

Reporting was lackluster but it is beginning to improve!

very intuitive and easy to follow. needs a dark mode but outside of that, I like it and enjoy using it

Cons

1\. bugs as far as sending docs such as the move set up form, lots of customers cant access it. 2. the order of items inside the inventory, for example, if you type in "hd" to place a tv into the inventory, you have to click on the size of the tv but when you see the options it's in random order instead of simply "30 inch and under,30-39inch,40-49 inch etc" instead it's just all over the place, so

Not having a choice on what merchant service provider, as the rates are much higher then what we can get. This is a big downfall with this product

### "Smart Moving - My fave CRM to book moves on!"

Customer support is always available, they're so polite, helpful and most importantly - patient. There's tutorials available too. Even our customers are able to use it and many of them stress they're 'no good' on computers, but I'm always able to walk them through their end of things (to sign the estimate/place deposit etc..) just overall customer/user friendly software.

Pros

It's easy to use! New features/upgrades are constantly being made to improve our overall experience plus the team at Smart Moving takes on board suggestions from it's users, things we'd like to see added/improved many of which have been integrated.

Cons

I've honestly not found anything to dislike about it, I started with the company right when it was implemented so I've grown as it's grown which for me is great as I'm not particularly well versed in tech related products. I suppose the only negative is if it's running slowly - but that's so rare and if there is a problem, they always put out a banner acknowledging the issue which they're always quick to resolve.

Pros

The ease of use. You can train someone within a few days on how to use the product.

Cons

I wish that with multiple branches there was a way that a manager at "Branch A" would not be able to see or make changes to "Branch B"

All the updates are extremely helpful (except the one with the truck fee). Since it has been updated from version 1.0 to version 2.0 it is a pleasure to use SmartMoving.

Pros

All the new features which make easier to estimate a job when it requires loading or unloading only (in the past we had to divide the estimate time to quote such moves).

Cons

The latest update with the truck/trip & travel fee is not too convenient, as we do not want our customers see how we calculate the price.

Very good overal. Would like to see some changes in Dispatch.

Ease of use for myself and my whole team.

Incredibly expensive. Assigning crew members to jobs is not user friendly and not as customizeable as it should be or could be.
