The SM guys really know what they're doing. They are beyond helpful. Pros Extremely easy to use and new user friendly, superior customer service, customizable to your own states regulations and tariffs, integrations with MailChimp/QuickBooks, storage software tracking, customer service tracking, accounting/closing out jobs with ease. Cons There are genuinely no negative things about this software. It is mainly just the fact that it is constantly adapting for the better. It's very friendly to use. Pros SmartMoving is easy to learn and use. It's great for others who don't have much experience with CRM's, which makes it easy to recommend. Cons Sometimes it's not as technical as I would like it to be. For example, the reports. I would like to be able to incentive the employees more (Foremen) based on their performance. It's tough to track their performance on the jobs they lead. I was also a bit pestered momentarily as I wasn't seeing much continuous product development. I can confirm that I have recently seen a better effort and that front and am always looking to leverage the most advanced technology to our advantage. September 9, 2024 5.0 Customer support is always available, they're so polite, helpful and most importantly - patient. There's tutorials available too. Even our customers are able to use it and many of them stress they're 'no good' on computers, but I'm always able to walk them through their end of things (to sign the estimate/place deposit etc..) just overall customer/user friendly software. Pros It's easy to use! New features/upgrades are constantly being made to improve our overall experience plus the team at Smart Moving takes on board suggestions from it's users, things we'd like to see added/improved many of which have been integrated. Cons I've honestly not found anything to dislike about it, I started with the company right when it was implemented so I've grown as it's grown which for me is great as I'm not particularly well versed in tech related products. I suppose the only negative is if it's running slowly - but that's so rare and if there is a problem, they always put out a banner acknowledging the issue which they're always quick to resolve.
