The team at theralytics have kind, skilled and accessible.

Pros

I have used Theralytics since they first came on the scene. Whenever I need help with the platform or have billing questions I know that I can reach out and I will receive a fast and accurate response. I have tried other platforms but have been the most pleased with Theralytics.

Cons

initially notes were not specific enough for some insurance providers but this has been addressed.

Always responsive with timely emails and phone calls. Even willing to set up a weekly meeting to go over any billing issues we have.

Pros

We have used Theralyics for over 3 years now and are pleased with the service and value we receive from them. We feel secure in their security measures and that our data is secure and never had any issues with breach.

Cons

Different time zone then us, but they always make it work for us to reach them throughout the day. Always available for a zoom call.

Overall, our experience with Theralytics has been wonderful. Everyone is always willing and able to help, and the response time is very quick.

Pros

Adding clients and their authorization information is very easy and seamless. Submitting billing is very quick and easy to make adjustments if needed.

Cons

Searching through a calendar to select a date of service or enter in a DOB is very time consuming. I would much rather free type a date in a space as that would be much faster and easier.

As an ABA business owner, one of the most important software decisions I can make is which data collection/PM software we use. We switched to Theralytics after a poor experience at another company and we have not been disappointed! Their customer service is truly unmatched. We're six months in and we'll be using them for a long time.

### "Worth Every Penny"

With a few hiccups, I have actually enjoyed this software's capabilities. There is no perfect program, but this is very close to it.

Pros

It checks a lot of boxes that an ABA company would need. There is ease and it's also easy to teach. The app is helpful for in home note taking.

Cons

There is no real payroll function. I can run a payroll report, but I am using another system to get employee acknowledgements and sending the payroll company a completely different report I am putting together.

Overall, I think it is a good product and it is user friendly.

Pros

I enjoy how Theralytics is able to keep most tools I need as a behavior analyst within one app. For example, I am able to manage my schedule, view client progress, develop graphs, and review clients demographics.

Cons

Sometimes the mobile application glitches. I also don’t like the new setting for “mastery criteria”

### "Easy to use software"

Since day one the admin team listened to my feedback and worked to implement better training. This enabled me to better train other staff members. I'm extremely appreciative of the time taken to help me better understand the software which has led to a great experience. I'd say at this point I'm very pleased.

Pros

As an early adopter I was responsible for understanding how to use the admin features such as adding staff, adding my schedule, and completing appointments. I enjoyed these features because I have used several softwares before and it was not as straightforward. The team listened to my feedback and I appreciated this most when working with them.

Cons

At the time they did not have a lot of features, but this seems to have changed a lot. I would like to have more admin features on the mobile app in the future.

I have been using Theralytics primarily for its scheduling and reporting functionalities, and I have been very impressed. Theralytics is very user-friendly and easy to learn. The platform has a several great features that have significantly improved our company's efficiency. The best part of Theralytics is its exceptional support team. Whenever I encountered an issue or had a question, the support team was available to assist. On multiple occasions, they quickly arranged Zoom calls to provide real-time support, ensuring that any problem I faced was promptly resolved.

### "Great interdisciplinary scheduling/ data collection software"

Our organization has had a very positive experience with Theralytics. We have been able to use it across clinics and disciplines in a nationwide company with relatively few issues. Any issues that have presented are always addressed quickly and efficiently by their customer service team.

Pros

This product is user friendly in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Our organization used this software both for Speech and Language Pathology practitioners as well as ABA clinicians. Both disciplines used this software for scheduling, data collection, and billing and have had a great experience. It is one of the only softwares that we have come across that is so easily customizable across disciplines.

Cons

Occasional crashes on the app or website, but these are addressed efficiently.

the most important component from my end has been the customer service and the rapport I have the the management team. The fact that I am able to get in touch with someone right away and get all the answers I need in a very prompt manner has made a significant impression on my end. I'm a clinician, who wants to be a clinician. I do not want to have to worry about billing, and scheduling, and the busy work that is not very clinical. The Theralytics team, along with the software have made learning a lot of the back office processes very easy. I am in regular contact with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], with random and weird questions and scenarios and he has always been able to answer my questions and support me in the process or get me in touch with someone in their team to support me.

Pros

From day 1, from the first interview with them reviewing the platform, EVERY single question has been answered with respect and virtue. As a small practice, the Theralytics team has been able to guide me and support me with a lot of the questions and concerns. Not only does it come with great and prompt customer service, they platform is very easy to use. both for the experienced clinician that has experience with multiple platforms, and the newest member of the team with no experience at all.

Cons

The data collection/reporting component is improving. This is not a complain at all, specifically because they are very receptive to the feedback given and support accordingly.

Reason for choosing Theralytics

I was in the process of testing out 4 different platforms, not only was the price of this software something that I was very comfortable with, but the most important component for me has been the customer service. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the team have been able to guide me and my team in ways that have made the unknowns very comfortable. there was other platforms that were similar in price, but the fact that they were answering all my questions and supporting me in all the different areas made me feel very comfortable. Especially since all 3 executives have supported and directly met with me and my team to support the different components of my practice.

The signature process is not as user friendly as we would like. There is limited options for affordably personalizing the software. However, the software is user friendly and needs minimal personalization.

Overall, we have had a great experience using Theralytics. The software is easy to learn, easy to use. Data collection is convenient and efficient and goals can be individualized for each client. We needed practice management software to use across disciplines, and this software has fit the bill. Even more impressive has been their customer service which is responsive and willing to make changes based on feedback.

Theralytics is easy to learn and use. Customer service is responsive and offers a personal approach to software. It can be used across disciplines for scheduling, individualizing goals, data collection/SOAP notes and billing.

Cons

Currently the SOAP notes are in a standard format, but can be customized at an extra cost. They’ve said they plan to release new upgrades including several new cost-free templates in early 2023.

Scheduling is the biggest part of what we use. It is user friendly and staff have an easy time using it. Customer service has always answered in a timely manner and honored any requests we have had. They are very easy to work with and always accommodating.

Cons

At times parents have a difficult time navigating the software and need assistance. They would like for there to be a submit button once the schedule is completed. This way they wouldn't be notified of every change when the schedule changes.

Reason for choosing Theralytics

I can't remember the names of the other companies but Theralytics took the time to listen to what we needed and were very timely in responding. They also are way more affordable than their competitors and provide individualized service.

Theralytics has become integral in the success of my agency. The software has made the day to day data collection and practice management seamless.
