August 28, 2021 5.0 I love Offeringtree and recommend it to all my friends in the business because i've had a great experience with them so far. From the very first day I found out about them and signed up for a demo call, one of the founder's spent 2 hours on the phone with me and I could truly tell that he cared. Since then, the customer support and development of the system while it continues to stay so affordable has blown me away and proves to me that those first impressions were true. Pros This software is all-inclusive and fully-integrated and has everything you need, easily set up and ready to go. As someone who is just starting out my yoga teaching business, this is the best software if you have very limited time and money to spend on your tech backend. And for how affordable it is, it is surprisingly robust, with so many features! The best part is the customer service reps have gone above and beyond for me and they truly listen to what's needed and are constantly updating and adding features to the system! For the price, it is so worth it, and is relatively simple to get started, which is crucial when starting a business! Cons The software definitely doesn't have all the bells and whistles and customization others might have, but that's to be expected at the price point, and they can provide plenty of workarounds if needed. Sometimes its clunky and has issues, but nothing that has been a dealbreaker yet! And it balances out as i'm constantly impressed by the new features they come out with and updates they make. Anyone can access the website and book, pay for and then attend a class without me doing anything except show up to teach the class.I have run into various problems and the staff have been =very helpful in correcting my mistakes or misconceptions until it was resolved. Pros I like that it is very user friendly. Though I am a rank beginner, I was able to create a website and and get it up and running. I can always go back and tweak it as I learn more. Cons There was lots of confusion when I first started. But this was mainly my own inexperience, not really a problem with the OT. August 26, 2021 5.0 I am truly enjoying this new website, it has not been a hard transition at all. Customer service is amazing, which really helps when things go unwell. I also love all the booking features & the store feature. Pros I love that I can easily create a video library that I can share with my clients. I love the option to share PDFs, eBooks and similar items in my store, too! It’s also to integrate other features, like my relaxations from Spotify! Cons The font designing element is not bad, but it’s annoying that one something is edited, it naturally becomes centered. It would be great if the editor could decide if they want the text centred or not. Also, if pictures could act as buttons for links, that would be amazing, too. Also, if tiered pricing options could still have discount codes applied to them, that would be the best. It was easy to get started and easy to schedule and customize classes. Pros How easy it is to use. It helps me to not over complicate things. Cons I would like to set up more email automations and have the ability to add an order bump or upsell to a store sale. Their products make life as a small solopreneur much easier! My clientele love the online appointment scheduling feature. I love the Zoom integration for coaching sessions and yoga classes. Truly a top-notch, heart centered company who keeps connected to the needs of their customers. Pros Offering Tree customer support is unsurpassed! Their team creates features that customers need and request. I like the page templates they have. I also love that Offering Tree is a one-stop shop for all my tech needs, especially online booking and newsletter creation and email list maintenance. Cons I wish Offering Tree could integrate HIPAA compliant form and clinical notes storage for the massage therapy arm of my business. This is truly the only thing missing for me personally. August 25, 2021 5.0 My overall experience has been so great. My site looks great, it's easy to navigate and it's easy for me to update. It has saved me so much time and money: now I only have to have one location for everything! Pros I loved how easy it was to create my website, set up and schedule my classes and the fact that it houses my videos for people to rent. The tutorials are great! the really take you through everything step by step. I am definitely not a "techy" person and the ease with which I can navigate the back end of my site is astonishing! And I will say also say that when I have run into challenging or confusing moments their customer service has been exceptional. They are quick to respond and super helpful! Cons The only thing that I hope will be incorporated is that after someone purchases a video I'd love for an automated email to be sent to them to thank them and connect them to a survey. So far only automated emails can be sent to sign up for my newsletter. Reason for choosing OfferingTree I loved that everything (classes, videos, blog) is all in one place; the ease with which I could set up a whole site; the cost was perfect for my budget and the customer service has been terrific! I also opted to make it my website it was easy toigrate WordPress to OfferingTree. I also like the course builder I created with the "store" feature. It allowed me to create my evergreen course. I feel that he went above and beyond to help me with things so that I could focus on being a new business owner. No matter how many messages I sent or when he was always patient and got back to me in a timely manner. This experience has been absolutely wonderful and I love the new look that our studio now has online. I can't thank \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team enough for switching over my website, setting up the stripe, answering questions, sending me videos on how to do things, and always listening to what I have to say. Pros I love that everything I need is on one platform instead of three! It is very pleasing to look at it and easy to use. October 31, 2022 5.0 I had to build a new website and I was looking to expand the features of my website to grow my online business. I was feeling really overwhelmed at the amount of work this would take. I heard about Offering Tree on the Connected Yoga Teacher Podcast with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and took a look at it. It was exactly what I was looking for to expand my online presence so I signed up and started building my new site! Pros There are so many features that I used to have from different companies that are finally all in one place. This saves me time, effort and frustration in the day-to-day management of my business. I found customer service to be very quick and helpful when I did have any challenges that came up. Customer service has been excellent, and they welcome suggestions for enhancing their product features. Pros I chose to move to this product for 2 reasons: it integrates with Zoom for my online classes and it offers website design/hosting as part of their package. I'm saving time, effort, and money by having all all my studio management needs in one place. I haven't used the store module yet, but the feature is available when I'm ready. My old software didn't offer video hosting, which I'm using to streamline my online offerings. Customer support has been prompt and thorough. Cons I'm looking forward to more reporting options so I can access information about students, attendance, etc. Payment processing through Stripe works fine, but the software was designed for students to pay online with a credit card. Many of my clients pay in person with cash or check, and I have to work around the lack of this type payment. I can use my credit card reader for Stripe processing, but it doesn't connect directly to Offering Tree so again I have to work around this situation. March 9, 2023 5.0 I’ve had nothing but good experiences with OfferingTree’s team. They are always quick to answer my questions and have a great product for an affordable price. I would recommend them to any yoga teacher or fitness trainer that wants to offer live/on demand fitness classes! Pros My favorite thing about OfferingTree is that it allows you to not only manage live classes, but on demand workout as well. Most on demand competitors are upwards of $100/mon to start - which is highly unrealistic for those just starting out. Once you get acquainted to the dashboard, it’s pretty straightforward to use and they have tons of free classes if you need help setting up your site. Cons I love OfferingTree! But there are a few things I’d love to see in the future. First and foremost, while I love their On Demand library option, I think it could be potentially improve aesthetically (Easier for members to navigate if you have an extensive library). I have high hopes for the future. Pros I love how easily I can keep in touch with students through the various options: roster, newsletter, and blog. I also like that I'm moving toward minimizing my admin/computer time. There are still features that OT doesn't have that I strongly need but I decided that I liked the product, people, and service enough that I was going to plunge in and hope for the best. Cons It doesn't (yet) have what I need. Big things for me are alternative payment options that link to revenue. In addition, there isn't currently a good way to manage drop in students to a series class. Also, not a fan of losing money with Stripe. I work hard on my programs and would like to reap the benefits of all my hard work. If they don’t have a feature yet, they are open to feedback and try to add it for you. Cons The features are a little limited so sometimes it’s hard to have a seamless system.
