The onboarding process was handled efficiently, and the staff were quick to help me rectify the small number of issues we had during that time. The support team continues to be helpful and responsive, and the added benefits of the community forum, many (MANY!) free business coaching sessions and business/growth-focused webinars have been a huge asset that I don't think any other wellness platform out there offers! Pros I love how responsive the OT crew is - they are always quick to respond to my service requests, and they take my feedback seriously, whether I'm struggling with a component of the software or suggesting a new feature that would be useful! Cons I found the web and newsletter building interface to be less customizable than other platforms I've used - it takes a little ingenuity to get exactly the layouts and experience that I want for my clients. October 21, 2025 5.0 As a new business owner who is intentionally slowly creating an online coaching and wellness space, OfferingTree has been such a blessing. I love it. Pros I love it! It streamlines easy website creation, booking, and payments! It keeps business secure and organized! I love that you can require forms and agreements when clients check out. The site templates are diverse and sooo easy to use, too! I appreciate all the how-to videos they include as well. AND, OfferingTree offers free webinars on business. Oh, and I love that they added text reminders for clients to the plan, too. It's just all-around awesome. Cons It glitches out once in a while when you're changing the schedule, like adding time off. It's also a little hard to figure out how to make packages work. I'm not sure if that's just me not getting it, though. I know it’s a smaller company and I look forward to seeing the improvements that come over time. Pros I like that it is all in one and easy to set up and use. It connects to my calendar and Zoom which is very helpful. I like that I can add code for tracking and marketing. Cons The limited number of automations is a bummer. I was trying to make it work to have different email sequences for different products using conditions but could not get it to work. I’ve never had a limited number of automations with any other service I’ve used before. Also, just found out last night, unless you’re on the $99/month plan, emails are not sent from your domain address. I’m actually very concerned about this due to deliverability with Gmail. Honestly, I would have kept what I had at GHL for that price and it comes with a ton more features and design elements. Pros I appreciated the 14-day free trial. This gave me the time to set up the site properly and to learn the navigation. The office hours were extremely helpful with the on screen one-on-one help. OfferingTree creates helpful tutorials and hosts webinars to help you grow your business and make use of all their features. Another bonus is their Facebook Group for OfferingTree users, where you can often get quick answers to your questions and share great ideas with others. I was looking for a booking system for weekly yoga classes for my business, Happy Yoga Wales. But wasn’t happy with the interface of the ones I trialled - and I trialled a lot! I found OfferingTree and loved their booking system which includes a great-looking schedule page. Then, I discovered that it had course-building functionality! I was blown away by how much I could do with the platform. A few times, I’ve come across a stumbling block where the system didn’t have the ability to do something I wanted it to. Each time, I’ve been in touch with support and they have either given me a work-around or created an update that solves the issue. The platform is constantly being improved. I honestly, love it! Oh, and my students do too! I’ve actually added a bunch of services since getting the platform in September just because I can! Online classes, Video Library membership… I had no plans to do these things but they have been very well received. Thank you, Offering Tree! Pros Course design functionality and schedule page. I also loved how you can link your zoom account and it automatically creates a link. The team at offeringtree have always responded quickly when ive needed email support - even recording simple follow along videos to educate me on what i needed to change to fix my issue! Pros The platform is simple to use, making it perfect for people just starting out. I was able to use the templates, and once i had more time, go back and refine and personalise my website a little more! It is very affordable compared to other systems and doesn't have hidden extra charges that can quickly pile up. I was able to have website, payment system, scheduling system and email marketing all in one which negated the need to purchase all of these separately and try to integrate. Cons Probably just that the currency is in USD, so have to convert to make it relevant. Even when the software is not perfect, there is often a workaround and improvements are constantly being made. My impression is that OT really cares about helping their customers be successful and feel good. They are trying to add value for businesses beyond only their product, by providing support, mentorship and community. Pros I love that the team really listens to the feedback from the users and is constantly improving their product. My clients find the booking process simple to learn. Our emails seem to have a high rate of delivery and the website has not been down to my knowledge since we started using OT about a year ago. Cons Because I am in Mexico I can not use the Stripe credit card swiper, which is inconvenient. I also wish I could change the language of the buttons and other default text, to Spanish. The reports are sometimes inaccurate and it is not always easy to see where the data comes from. It's perfectly designed for a yoga business with every feature I could possibly think of, included and working very nicely :-) I think it would also work really well for lots of self employed people offering wellness and teaching services - I have even recommended it a friend who teaches English online and will recommend to all my yoga teacher and therapist friends. Pros Offering Tree has everything I need to develop my yoga teaching business online. With a booking and payment system for both in person and online classes, a space for on demand videos, all the mailing list functions, the ability set a range of pricing options and a ton of other features which are exactly what I need, it is really like someone imagined all the things a yoga teacher could possibly want their website to do and put it all in one package. This has saved me hours of time and a huge amount of stress. I do already have a website but I would have to add all the features I need at extra cost and extra research and extra work! So Offering Tree is a dream come true :-) The design features for customising the pages and then designing each page are excellent - so intuitive and easy to use, it all works very very smoothly and I am absolutely delighted! So much better than the one I used before! Also the tutorials are excellent. \[sensitive content hidden\] is a brilliant guide and the program is well thought out, explaining what you need to know to make progress quickly and approach things on the right order. Cons With the basic package you don't get telephone support, so all questions, re contact and tech are by email. The next package up in price, does have this but the extra cost is a little much when you're just starting out. It would, be great if you could get a few support calls during your first month or something - maybe four support calls in your first two months or something, just to get you started! Also the domain doesn't come with email address so I have to figure that out but that's nothing compared to what I have not had to figure out! I was having a really rough time with certain zoom features, this means I have to talk to zoom. Their customer service was terrible. You can only speak to a person if you have a certain level of product. That is ridiculous. I had to email back and forth and back and forth. I actually found the solution watching YouTube. This does all of that without being bulky or have more options than I need. Pros I've tried lots of programs but many were geared towards gyms and studios, and the cost was way more than I bring in. I offer online classes and videos and this is exactly what I needed. Easy to set up and share, online booking and registration, and pre made templates to start out. Cons There are limited templates/options for customization of the website. Not a lot of options for integration with other platforms for those that use them (like email service providers). I don't believe there's a way to directly sell items (like fitness gear) without going to another site/platform for sales. Made it easy for me to create content, communicate with clients, and process payments and registrations. The website templates are good looking. And the online tutorials for getting it all set up are very helpful. Cons I don’t love the way video classes are uploaded. The process to condense them is frustrating.
