Excellent. I would definitely recommend Offering tree to any person who has a service based yoga or fitness business.

Pros

The interface being easy to navigate is critical for me. I have been able to customize so many different offerings and services. I also love how it’s a one stop shop for my clients to read blog posts, sign up for classes, and watch videos in the library I set up.

Cons

My only want is for offering tree to add click rate monitoring for links embedded in newsletters and offerings on my website.

So far so good, really impressed, it's an easy to use and inuititve system and really annoyed I didn't switch to OfferingTree sooner!

Pros

I love how slick it is, both from an end user point of view but also for my clients, I've had nearly all clients say how much easier it is to use than my previous booking system. Classes are easy to add in and navigate and when I asked a question from support, they were super quick at getting back to me. The main draw for me for OfferingTree was that it also offered memberships and an on-demand video library as well as the booking system, automations, website itself and mailing system. For the cost per month, it's brilliant value and just what I was after.

Cons

All classes and events come under "Offerings", for me I like classes and events to be separate but it's not that massive a deal. I don't like there being a filter option when you embed the offerings into your website - it could lead clients to getting confused.

As a new business owner who is intentionally slowly creating an online coaching and wellness space, OfferingTree has been such a blessing. I love it.

Pros

I love it! It streamlines easy website creation, booking, and payments! It keeps business secure and organized! I love that you can require forms and agreements when clients check out. The site templates are diverse and sooo easy to use, too! I appreciate all the how-to videos they include as well. AND, OfferingTree offers free webinars on business. Oh, and I love that they added text reminders for clients to the plan, too. It's just all-around awesome.

Cons

It glitches out once in a while when you're changing the schedule, like adding time off. It's also a little hard to figure out how to make packages work. I'm not sure if that's just me not getting it, though.

My overall experience has been fabulous. Whenever I've had an issue, customer support is very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive.

Pros

I am so happy I've finally found a studio program that is not only catered to the wellness space but that it does everything I need it to. No hidden fees or extra costs. It ends up saving me a lot of money in the log run because everything I need is here under one platform.

Cons

Would like an area that can do contracts and intake forms. Right now, I am using the waiver space for the contracts and using a google doc link in automation for the intake form.

Client Support superb, learning curve, everything that I need. I'm a complete beginner and have managed to set up my website.

Cons

Dashboard freezes when working on Offering Tree for a while so has to be refreshed. But this is no Biggie.

Very good experience. I really like the Email Marketing as I do not need to go to an outside company for this. Offering Tree puts every business need in one place making things much easier.

Pros

I appreciated the 14-day free trial. This gave me the time to set up the site properly and to learn the navigation. The office hours were extremely helpful with the on screen one-on-one help.

Cons

No cons actually. I have set up several websites for business and I found Offering Tree to be intuitive.

This is the only real downside I found, but it’s such a significant one that it makes the software not worth using for me. Instead of saving time, it creates a lot of extra manual work with reminders and accounting. I had assumed that such a basic feature would be there, but I only found out after spending hours setting everything up and launching the classes. Having already tested many other platforms before choosing this one, it was extremely frustrating to realize all that time and energy was wasted, and that I have to start searching again for another solution.

Pros

The platform is well-designed, simple to set up, and user-friendly. It has a lot of great features bundled together, which at first made it seem like an excellent all-in-one solution. Excels on customization to present beautiful designs to the end-user.

Cons

The biggest drawback is that clients who do not pay at then time of registration right away receive no payment due information on their receipt confirmation stating the outstanding balance. This means every confirmation receipt has to be manually edited with payment details. On top of that, in Canada the system records payments without tax, so you have to calculate tax separately outside the software to know the full amount paid.

Here is a help article on how to accomplish this. https://support.offeringtree.com/hc/en-us/articles/15791027505421-Charge-sales-tax We appreciate the feedback about the registration confirmation email when you do not require payment to register for your events/classes. You can customize the registration email and add this information. You only need to customize it once, so it shouldn't add a lot of time to your workflow. We will consider adding the information about the outstanding balance or payment due to the default email template. We also surface this information on the backend on the class/event roster and in the reports, but we do see your point on also communicating this directly to the registrant in the confirmation email. Pros

Offering Tree is an all-in-one website and a very affordable and easy-to-learn online appointment and payment software. Their support services are very responsive and helpful, and they are constantly improving.

Cons

Their email automation capabilities are somewhat limited on their most basic plan. I use another service for email campaigns.

Overall it’s very good and I would recommend! It’s user friendly for the most part and when you do email they are pretty quick at responding!

Pros

That all systems for my small business are in one space! My website, scheduling, emails, and automations are all in one!

Cons

Less support on beginning plans. Would be helpful in the beginning to be able to talk with someone rather than just email or live chat. Office hours never line up with my teaching schedule.
