Our company has had Relias for years and after many conversations around it, we moved to Absorb LMS. That platform meets our needs a lot better.

Pros

Having a built-in compliance team by state is a great benefit, but ONLY if the courses they provide are accurate.

Cons

The reporting, inflexibility, and dated content. Users have taken the same courses so many times that they no longer pay attention.

The experience has gone well so far with Relias. It suits our need for training and there are many options for learners.

Pros

Relias is a good learning management tool especially if you work at a non-profit with substance use services and mental health. Many of the videos are tailored toward this sort of work.

Cons

Relias is not integrated with out HRIS - Paylocity so the training documents are not stored in one central place. If we need to gather then we will need to log into Relias.

Good. Training was easy to assign and complete. Videos were informative and clear. Ability to print transcripts and review compliance was helpful.

Pros

User friendly software. Ability to access training modules on mobile devices. Easy to pull transcripts and training modules.

Cons

Relias was not able to generate a syllabus giving an overall review of what the each training module entailed.

Relias enables me to create regular high quality education amongst our teams. Our capacity to create individual and departmental reports has proved invaluable in terms of showing our commitment towards quality care.

Over extremely satisfied, it is a phenomenal resource for staff and management.

Pros

The database has incredible resources for all relevant behavioral health subjects, as well as regulatory requirements. Relias is easy to use, and most importantly enables agency specific content to be uploaded to the platform.

The cost per user, as we have grows this becomes more problematic.

Cons

When a pdf is uploaded, it is unable to be removed and is labeled as "to do," lengthy surveys after completing a course, could improve on their ability to save courses

What I like most about Relias is that I can learn more about my position, I can also learn about other fields that I might be interested in.

Poor experience, Relias will nickel and dime you for everything, account rep was not good, poor communication. I cancelled my account, however, they did not close the account when requested, instead kept it open, then sent to collections. Selfish, unethical jerks.

Pros

I do not have any pros to speak of about Relias, not a good company.

Cons

Very expensive, unethical company. They will not cancel your account when requested, they will keep you account active after requested cancellation and send you to collections. Customer service is poor, takes time for the account rep to get back with you. Outdated software, need to click through multiple screens to get where you want to go, confusing. Do not recommend, there are other companies out there, do not use Relias!!
