Very complete, it has allowed me to manage prospects appropriately. Contacted prospects apparently generate better leads.

Pros

\- The ease of use is very good, both on the laptop and on the cell phone. - You can add various types of files - Allows you to organize by different classes of potential clients or products.

Cons

\- The app on mobile is not as comprehensive as on laptop. - Tags aren't that easy to manage, but maybe I just need more training on how to use them.

There are instances when workflow steps are limited for particular projects and this makes it difficult to meet client needs. But I have had a great overall experience with great customer support.

Pros

Respond.io is such great customer support and easy to use. I really enjoy its functionality and appreciate continuous improvement of product features which helps our customers enjoy using the product.

Cons

It has a limitation of workflow steps, which makes it difficult to customize workflows. It would also be great to have an increase in number of words that can be used within a workflow.

My company has been using Respond.io for the past 9 months and overall, it has been a positive experience. We especially love the lifecycle and tagging features — they’re very useful for organizing and managing our workflows. The desktop UI is smooth, intuitive, and easy to navigate.

Cons

One downside is that the latest chat doesn’t always refresh automatically, which sometimes causes delays. The mobile app could also use a fresher, more modern look and improvements in performance, as it doesn’t always run smoothly.

Hands down one of the best tools we use for our business. It works! It's user friendly and they continuously make improvements to the product based on customer feedback. The support is also top notch.

Through no fault of theirs, it is Whatsapp integration is less than ideal because US users are unable to make outbound calls using the system.

Pros

Out of all the platforms I used in my career, I find respond extremely helpful as it combines all your channels at one place. Making your process very efficient. It also has a solid follow-up system. At this point, buying it makes you save money.

Cons

Absolutely no bad comment. The system rarely crashed, but we never had a severe problem that stopped our operations. Also, our developer team has always been able to resolve issues within a few minutes.

### "Suspicious charges and frozen accounts."

Support was poor from the beginning and we had to hire a freelancer to get basic support that could actually help. All payments were marked as suspicious by the bank and the card was locked every time they attempted to charge us, the account was frozen and all messages and services inaccessible, we finally got this sorted with the bank and paid, but not to use the service we had to pay for the period we wwre frozen then again to reinstate the account. Essentially they made 3x $199 (3months) for 33 days of service, while the payment system stopped us from being able to pay and we explained this to them that we shouldn't be penalized for this but they disagreed. We tried to reason that we tried to pay and sorting out the payments with the bank had cost us time, we asked if we could just have the service for the period we paid for since we didn't flag them as suspicious and we paid for that period. They refused.

Pros

Zapier was the easiest part of the entire process without that integration it would have been even more of a nightmare.

Cons

The bank flagged all payments to this company as suspicious, unable to pay, poor support and charged us for a frozen and cancelled account.

This system is not finished. If you work with customer support do NOT use this! It’s a waste of your time and money. Once they have your money you are screwed.9

Flow builder Offers many channels (but not working)

Cons

Disaster to run a good customer service with this. You cannot add team members to more teams. One contact cannot have more then one ticket. Every message is always in the same conversation. We work with suppliers on different projects. This is a disaster for us. Very buggy in setting up.

### "Reimagine B2B Omnichannel Chat Conversations"

Love it absolutely and have adapted this for over two years at my employer and have cheer-led it's implementation and daily usage.

Pros

Respond.io has the best customer support I have seen for a B2B Chat support service. It has extremely easy integration and implementation and the time to train a support representative on the product is a magically low compared to any competition in the international market today.

Cons

Analytics could be improved significantly. It is very hard to see various data cuts and customise service SLAs in a very inflexible reporting system. Complexity of using the product is very high.

### "Fastest functionality growing and user interface improvement software I purchased"

Pros

Despite the fact that I bought it during lifetime deal more than one and half year ago, I only started using a month ago as I only start to materialize my startup. But I logged in whenever I receive feature update email and user interface changes. Easy deployment, and very comprehensive support to all messaging platforms available. They improved features so much that they have to abandon old one, re-write and give it a new name. Having a mobile app makes my life easy tremendously.

Cons

Nothing for me currently. But I believe the need to learn new workflows and user interface will challenge some users.

This platform is is easy to use. The chat interface is quick and have shortcuts to send templates. Can share media and files

Cons

Respond is slow when loading history of chats.

Pros

Ease of use, accessibility, easy automation of your messages, user-friendly interface, a lot of time saved, avoiding crammed messages.

Cons
