Overall experience has been good our rep Jamie has helped us through our integration and he does an awesome job, keeping us informed and helping us along the way

Pros

Work order management seems to be the strongest part of maintain X information is readily available in at our fingertips and to ensure we know what’s going on with our workflow

Cons

Some of the challenges would maintain X or lack of standard features that other CMS programs have standard.

Between the ease of use, the flexibility in configuration and customization, the Customer Success and Customer Support Teams....we are extremely satisfied with MaintainX as it has far surpassed the expectations that we had coming from other maintenance systems.

Pros

Ease of Use and Flexibility in configuration and customization. Most of our mechanics have had an easy time getting used to and using the interface on their mobile devices.

Cons

From a management standpoint, I would like to be able to go into a user's profile and assign team memberships directly to the user in addition to going to a team and adding users to the team.

So far so good. Still learning as we go, still customising our ways of working but we are getting there. We have a lot of templates and procedures to get on with, I do wish we had more to go before we went live.

Pros

Its user friendly, leaps and bounds ahead of what we were using. We are still early days using it but how fast transactions can be done, and how far work orders can be closed.

Cons

Not too sure there is something i liked least. Probably the speed at which we had to get it up and running. I think this is excellent software and I think with more time to customise and discuss, it could have been a better roll out.

MaintainX has been great for the plant by not letting the little things slip through the cracks and it keeps me reminded on what needs to be done

You can track each asset on how often you are having to do repairs on it and do more planning instead of reacting.

Cons

Cons for MaintainX I have more people righting work order than I do working on the work orders, so it makes it hard to prioritize some times

Ease of use for the mechanics has been great. We also love the AI capabilities for building our PM program. The asset management portal is in depth and customizable.

The features limited to the enterprise plan is limiting and can lead to a higher cost of software ownership

It has made my job much easier. Coming from a program such as EAM its far easier to use and navigate.

Pros

Ease of use. User friendly interface. For new technicians and employees using the program, it is fairly easy to navigate and complete work orders.

Cons

The only thing i can think of is the "reporting" aspect isnt entirely accurate. When asking to not show completed work orders, it still exports them.

Pros

The software is user friendly, with many employees and different levels of electronic skill sets.... everyone has adapted well.

Drawing a blank on this one LOL It is really this good.

So far it's been amazing. \[sensitive content hidden\] was so helpful in explaining and getting me started. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been so great (and patient) going over any questions and doing additional training. Also, getting all my inventory and assets added in was such a huge relief for me. The program we had before, I had to do it myself or I could pay them to do it for me, not good customer service. MaitainX goes above and beyond for customer service. Another great experience is how they get back to me right away.

Pros

It's very intuitive and it has covered EVERYTHING. Every time I would ask "Can it do this?" it always can. For example, sending a notice bot in the MaintainX program AND and email for work orders is so nice. Another thing that was amazing that \[sensitive content hidden\] entered in all of our equipment and inventory. We simply sent him a list and he entered it all in. That save such a huge amount of time! When I asked about naming adding categories \[sensitive content hidden\] said it didn't have that option. But, within a few days that option had been added. I was shocked! I'm so happy I found MaintainX! Oh, and assigning QR codes instantly to all my assets and inventories and then to print them all out at once, again, so amazing!

Cons

I can't say anything right off hand, so far, I've loved everything about it.

Excellent. MaintainX has taken our PM's and work order tracking to a new level. We are now tracking downtime in MaintainX also and the reporting is next level.

Pros

We had demonstrations with multiple CMMS vendors, and MaintainX was by far the most user friendly on the desktop and the phone app.

Cons

There are a lot of features and functionality that are not readily or easily available unless you ask an experienced staff member for help.

Pros

Easy to manage the Work Orders and Really advance reporting module. Easy to build custom dashboard and schedule custom reports. Interface is fairly simple and intuitive.

Cons

There are some minor glitches that not getting able to reach to root cause. Schedule report emails are automatically getting unsubscribe. Also, there is no warning in reporting section when you are making some changes with asset and if you hit back by mistake you lose all the updates.

Very positive. MX has changed the way we approach purchasing, QC inspections, machining inspections, record keeping and more.

Pros

Ease of implementation. Consolidated record keeping. Ease of in-factory use. Automated work orders that are easy to set up. Very solid support from MX.

Cons

The first 2-3 weeks. Getting everyone on board. Swapping from an existing set of procedures (or lack thereof) required some dedication and some forced buy in until everyone saw the benefits.

MaintainX has been a great companion for my operation. Its ease of use and intuitive design makes workflow way easier. My entire operation is now based on this platform and all employees are satisfied with it.

Pros

User interface and order management are amazing. They have several tools such as categories, locations, start/end dates, procedures, and many more; which can be filtered in order to find work orders easier, making work a lot easier. Customer support is very efficient and they're always there to help with any doubt or issue with the platform.

Cons

Although there are many filters available, I think this section could be improved by adding more options. There is also room for improvement in being able for admin users to limit certain functions to regular users. Other than that, there's nothing I don't like.

I feel that Mx has brought data to the table for the 1st time in my department. We can actually evaluate the quality of our work and if we are not fixing things right the 1st time. Procedures are easy to modify and train to. Excited to continue growth of the "inventory" section of things and get integration working with Oracle, our financial tool.

Pros

Easy operation / navigation. Keeps my assets organized and properly maintained, taking a lot off of folks having to remember how we fixed something "last time".

Cons

Implementation of new ideas to make Mx more functional seem to take longer than I would like.

We have been a customer for almost 3 years, and my experience with them has been unlike any other CMMS company I have ever worked with! They are attentive to my needs, and always go above my expectations to help me achieve my goals within the system.

Pros

I love the KPI feature and the ability to customize the application according to what my facility needs! I also love that the company is always evolving and leveraging new technology such as AI and IoT.

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to track Asset Statuses.

Pros

Being able to create Work Orders and Procedures is so seamless it almost feels too easy. If I ever have a question or need help, I can connect to Maintain X with the in-app communication center or reach out to my dedicated service rep \[sensitive content hidden\] and we get the job done super-fast and easy. We use the software daily in the maintenance department completing work requests, PM, and projects. We also are starting to utilize the software for our inventory management. The software is so easy to use and navigate that we actually have some production members using it to complete their inspections. It was easy to set up, I filled out a workbook that was tailored to our building and sent that over and like magic, our entire catalog of PM was there ready for my team to hit the ground running.

Cons

Maintain X is really great about fixing their flaws. I have run into a few issues upon start-up but was quickly able to fix these issues with \[sensitive content hidden\] and even make suggestions to her on what we would like the system to do in the future. There really is nothing to dislike about Maintain X.

Pros

Ease of use, great features, and we use it for parts inventory, POs, and work orders. I like creating custom procedures.

Cons

Would like to be able to color code some of my procedures, I wish the parts was easier to assign work orders with their cost. It’s difficult to show cost for parts on work orders. AI Assistant would be a cool feature.

For them most part very good, a solid 9/10. Very reliable and stable. Almost never any issues and is very useful for our organization. The only points of criticism I have is I notice every time there is a major update it seems like it factory resets the settings for users and work orders. Also, the customer support could be a bit better. They tend to be unresponsive or upload things incorrectly.

Pros

It's ease of use, integration, and streamlining of our company and its associated work. We are a rapidly growing corporation that needs systems that can help organize our massive databases.

Cons

It's a double edged sword. It's ease of use, whilst useful, is also troubling as anyone in the field can change something incorrectly.

Overall, MaintainX is a very good CMMS and while I was initially skeptical, it meets our data collection and storage needs very well.

Pros

The product is easy to use, is similar across platforms and has excellent implementation and service.

Cons

The reporting needs are a bit weak for my needs. I collect data in a utility setting and use it for daily, weekly and monthly meter readings. It's not easy or sometimes possible to get the reports I need from Mx.

The MaintainX team made it very easy to upload existing data when setting up and it's super user Friendly.

Cons

Reporting could be a little better. When exporting reports not all the dates appear the same. Also, the scheduling tool isn't the easiest to use or share.

Mobility - having the mobile first as the platform, we dont have a typical shop like a most of the companies, thus everyone works from tablets or phones.

Cons

The evolving to AI is a little cumbersome. Again as unique as we are many of our bulk upload requests are not common, thus AI has a very hard time transforming our upload request.

The admin team at MaintainX has been fantastic to work with. They have always been responsive and willing to assist with any questions or needs that our organization has.

The platform is very easy to use and it provides a streamlined, consistent way for optimization and efficiency of maintenance operations within our organization.

We wish there were more features of the platform we could use actively, but due to the complexity and needs of our organization some of the features don't need the needs of our organization.
