What we’ve liked most about Spacebring is the excellent customer service. The team has been incredibly flexible to our needs and consistently responsive, always reachable whenever we have a query or need support. We’ve had no complaints at all. The app itself is very easy to use, and our clients also find it extremely user-friendly.

It has allowed us to consolidate bookings, member management, and access into one system, which significantly improves efficiency and the member experience. What stands out most is how easy it is for members to engage with the platform — from booking desks to accessing the space. That simplicity is critical in a coworking environment. Overall, Spacebring has helped us move from a fragmented setup to a more streamlined, scalable operating model.

Pros

• True all-in-one system for coworking operations • Clean, intuitive user interface for members • Strong booking functionality (rooms + desks) • Integrates well with access control and payments • Scales well as your space grows

Cons

As the platform is feature-rich, initial setup can feel complex without proper onboarding. Would have loved to have the feature of adding accommodation rooms into the ecosystem

Easy to use and perfect for a cowork space of all sizes. We couldn't imagine running the Generator Hub without it!

Pros

Spacebring has been critical in the growth of our cowork space (Generator Hub, Exeter, UK) as it's flexibility, integration and amazing price point has allowed us to book out rooms, desks and other services with ease. The usability is perfect and team support always five stars :)

Cons

It's difficult to have everything under one roof and don't think we have anything that is our 'least' like on the platform.

Literally five stars, across the board. They desire to learn from me, in regards to operational challenges, their constant desire to offer more value.

Pros

Without a doubt, what I personally like the most, is the incredible customer support. As an operator, any issues with my software, is a problem not just for me, but also for our customers, and they never ever let me down. They are just so incredibly reactive, ensuring I feel in very safe hands!

Cons

Initially, it was the inability to customise outbound confirmations for our clients, but that has recently changed, since I'm not sure there is anything I dislike right now!

We really appreciate Spacebring's approach, regular check-ins and adaptability. It is a an all inclusive platform for everything we need with our space management.

Pros

We appreciate most the personal approach from Spacebring's team. The transition from our previous platform was very smooth due to the team's assistance. They are very keen and helpful in solving problems and finding the best possible way of approaching issues.

Cons

There were some adjustments needed in adapting our mindset in the beginning. Maybe there are sometimes gaps for EU regulations that need to be adjusted, like EU VAT taxation, GDPR compliance etc. But we managed to solve these hurdles.

Pros

We really appreciated the customer service and the platform’s rich features. The Spacebring team tracked our progress and made a real effort to make our launch as smooth as possible. The platform is easy to manage and helps us automate several administrative processes. Moreover our app provides a seamless customer experience as our clients are happily using it for meeting room bookings, managing their subscriptions and writing tickets.

Cons

There are no cons! The team made a great effort to understand our way of operating hence any problems that arose were handled quickly and efficiently. This way of support is still present after our launch and our issues are heard and resolved promptly.

Our experience with Spacebring has been excellent from day one. It is a professional-grade solution that has professionalized our entire operation. I highly recommend it to any space manager looking for true efficiency.

Pros

The automated billing and visitor management features are absolute lifesavers for our team. They save us hours of manual data entry every single week, allowing us to focus much more on building our community and growing our business.

Cons

Sometimes the rollout of new features can feel a bit slow, and I would appreciate even more direct integrations with niche third-party accounting software. However, the core features are so solid that these are only minor points.

As mentioned above, it is very user-friendly, easy to use and understand, which significantly speeds up and simplifies our work.

Pros

It is very user-friendly. I was a bit worried about switching from the previous program, but it is actually very easy to use. It’s great that the application is continuously being developed and tailored to our needs. The colleagues handle the issues and requests we report promptly and efficiently. :)

Cons

I cannot mention anything at the moment; everything is working well so far. We had one or two special requests due to the nature of our operations, but these were not issues or errors; they rather stem from the specifics of how we work, and these were always resolved as well.

Mostly positive. Spacebring streamlines the day-to-day — from meeting room bookings to member management and one-day customer payments. The onboarding support gave us a great start. Pricing is the one area that gives us pause, but the value it brings keeps us on board. A solid choice for coworking spaces.

Pros

Spacebring has made running our coworking space much easier. We love how simple meeting room booking is — it just works, without any hassle. One-day customers can pay directly through the platform, so no more back-and-forth emails about bookings or chasing payments during the day. The onboarding experience was smooth too — the support team helped us set everything up correctly based on our specific needs, which made getting started stress-free. Member management and billing automation also save us a lot of admin time.

Cons

The main sticking point is pricing. For smaller spaces, the cost can feel hard to justify and more flexible pricing options would be welcome.
