There is so much more you can do on the event ticketing website to promote our sponsors, our available packages, the ease of volunteers to sign-up and get mandatory waiver signed is a great feature. We are happy with the program Pros having the access for ticket sales, seating map, scanning, volunteer sign-ups, event management Cons only time is when the system goes down and we cannot use it. We have a person that we can reach out to with any issues and she helps us get everything squared away. Our customers love how easy it is to choose their own seats and get their tickets emailed directly to them. Cons The one thing that I was hoping would change is the ability to prevent single seats and it looks like that has started to roll out and we should be able to do that soon.
