I can't say enough good things about Jane and the team behind it. While the platform itself is straight forward to use, it's the people who help you learn about it who truly make the difference. The customer service team is nothing short of exceptional. From day one, they've treated me like a partner rather than just a customer. Every question is met with patience, every concern is handled quickly, and every interaction leaves me feeling supported and valued. In an industry where responsiveness and reliability matter so much, their team consistently exceeds expectations. It's rare to find a company that not only delivers a great product but also genuinely cares about the success of its users. Knowing that such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate support team is always there gives me tremendous confidence and peace of mind. Our overall experience with Jane has been very positive. The platform has improved scheduling efficiency, patient booking, documentation, and clinic administration. The online booking system is convenient for patients, and the software is easy to train staff on. Customer support has consistently been helpful and responsive whenever we have needed assistance. Jane continues to be a valuable tool for managing day-to-day clinic operations.

Pros

Jane is intuitive, easy to navigate, and designed specifically for healthcare clinics. Appointment scheduling, online booking, charting, billing, and reporting are all integrated into one platform, which helps streamline daily operations. The customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and provides clear explanations when questions arise. The user interface is clean and easy for both administrative staff and practitioners to learn.

Cons

I have had a great experience with Jane especially now that they are truly upping their game with new features that are highly competitive with other companies.

Pros

The best customer service! I call, they answer, problem gets solved - every time. They are always patient, and genuinely kind.

Cons

I wish I was able to pull reports in different more detailed ways that include types of services. And maybe I can but don't realize it.

Seamless, painless, and actually enjoyable. We left our zoom call with \[sensitive content hidden\] beaming today. I've never had a company for any product or service reach out after one year of use to take time out of their schedule to chat with us, get our feedback, and troubleshoot any issues we haven't had time to figure out yet due to our busy schedules. It was SO helpful.

Pros

What is there not to like?! Every time we have a question, either Jane chat or an actual representative is quick, responsive, genuinely nice, and knows their product backwards and forwards. The interface of Jane is extremely intuitive and customizable. They continually are asking users how they can improve their product and then actually acting upon that input with effective changes. LOVE LOVE LOVE Jane!!

Cons

nothing! - I seriously can't recommend this medical records and booking system enough to my colleagues.

Great. The chat for customer service was quick and friendly. \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me understand the issue and escalate it to the correct team, who then responded in a timely manner. I haven't started using Jane but I'm certainly far from disappointed with my first interaction with the software team. I can also tell from the listed functions that it is a good cost value trade.

Pros

Quick customer service support, issue escalated to correct team and was contacted all within the same day. Offerings seem good for the cost

Cons

No complaints. The issue was just a software block that occurred when abandoning my sign up months ago then trying today to get my desired URL using the same information.

10/10. Support team is wonderful, cost is so reasonable. I love that it is always improving and I get so many compliments from patients on how great the scheduler is

Pros

The amount of incredible updates and keeping up with technology. My medical documentation with Jane AI is so incredibly accurate.

Cons

honestly, not sure. I guess I wish I could create a "report" and save it so I dont have to always create the report.

So far so good. We would love to partner with this great platform to offer to our network of providers. So far working with them has been very professional.

Pros

So far I love the professional interactions with support. They have responded quickly, and have not thrown up any roadblocks. Can do, is what I love about them.

Cons

Whats not to love! The support has been top notch. We are looking for an EHR partner to offer to our network. Our providers have asked for Jane!

Overall, my experience with Jane has been positive. It is a reliable platform for managing schedules, organizing appointments, and maintaining workflow visibility. It simplifies coordination and helps keep operations running smoothly

Jane is very user-friendly and well-organized, making it easy to manage scheduling, appointments, and client information in one place.

Overall my expereince has been very good and i look forward to continue to use Jane throughout my career.

Pros

Jane has been a great program for me to use at my second clinic and I will always love how easy it is to bill, schedule, and process payments.

Cons

Sometimes its a bit hard to book clients as well as book in breaks. It would be more helpful to have colourful breaks. Price as well is a bit much.

\[sensitive content hidden\] was absolutely lovely, extremely knowledgeable on the product with a lot of experience. She gave me an in-depth exploration of the platform, was very warm friendly and if the price was more comfortable for me I would definitely gone with the move from Zanda to Jane.

Pros

Customer support, User Interface, Customer Support, Ease of Use, the thought that has gone into the product both from a client and practitioner facing perspective.

Cons

The cost, it is a lot for a solo practitioner working part-time and I would need the second tier price band as I would typically fall between the first and second tier. I know there is a 3month discount for this but it would need to be that price as the set price if I were to move from Zanda to Jane.
