GrowPath helped identify and eliminate internal induced delays. I can't imagine ever going back to our old case software management after using this program.

Pros

This software improves efficiency and allows us to evaluate data to determine where we can improve and cut costs. The ability to send and receive client text messages that are automatically posted to the case is a big time saver.

Cons

There were some growing pains the first few weeks when we transitioned from a popular case management software to GrowPath, but this was really our Firm learning how to use something new. No real complaints.

I am still trying to get used to the software. As mentioned above, there seems to be a lot more steps involved in completing a task, taking up more valuable time to complete my work.

Satellite questionnaire. I honestly cannot think of anything else that I especially like.

I like the ease of use and intuitive set up of the system. All of my files are managed through a combination of reminders, tasks and visibility in the quick notes section to ensure I am on top of my cases.

None. Some slight modifications for some practice groups, including my own.

I use it every day to find information and notes I need for verification, also run various reports daily, weekly and monthly to report certain aspects of business to management. Reporting is configurable, which is a big plus. Overall a robust software, great tool to stay organized, especially when multiple people contribute to it. Highly recommend.

It holds a lot of information that many people have access to, can update and use

Need to dig for certain information, however that would be true for any software

Its fine as a case management software but there is duplication of time and effort that could be removed.

Organization, searchability in some aspects, Documents tab(we are instructed not to use), reminders, access to case information

The window that actually shows the notes you want to look at is far too small and cannot show all of a large note. Not being able to search by Claim number in the main search bar as we get emails from adjusters all the time with only their claim number.Duplicate Data entry. There are currently 4 tabs i have to put the settlement information in and the data pulls from different places to populate the Excel spreadsheet we use for settlement memorandums. Not knowing where the data is pulled from causes the need for manual manipulation of the spreadsheet on most files. Why do i have to put a reduction of $0 in the Expense and Other Disbursements tab to have the offer populate in the Excel spreadsheet? its an extra step on every case, albeit a small one, that just shouldn't be there. The name of the game on a daily basis at our firm is volume and adding multiple "small" unnecessary extra steps and duplications of effort is a productivity killer.Reminders don't show up in notes once completed.No AppNo synergy with our paperless system

Probably the Calendar "event," section is the item I have the most issues with.

I feel like GP has improved both client communication & inner-office communication, and it being web-based really helped during quarantine (and on-going remote work days).

Pros

the data import from our previous software was pretty seamless! Also, they provided some great training to our entire staff.

Cons

it's always difficult to start using a new software program when you've spent years working in a different one. however, the transition has been painless for the most part!

GrowPath was easy to learn. It's very user friendly.

Pros

I like the customizable features of the program. You can choose which information tabs are relevant to you and customize your color scheme. Different departments need access to different information, so it helps to minimize clutter.

Cons

The thing I like least is that the program takes so many clicks to complete a task. This can easily be changed with choosing a different layout.

Helping injured clients through the litigation process and Growpath makes that a bit easier.

Pros

I love the texting feature and being able to post emails with documents directly into the documents section. Ease of use. Love the notes section that you can type a great deal. I use the notes section every day. I also like the feature of being able to merge documents easily and quickly.

Cons

Sometimes you have to wait for the system to update (sometimes get a red message that it is trying to contact the server and at times it is slow.

Very functional and intuitive solution.

Pros

Lots of great functions, integrates well with Outlook and probably other e-mail programs, very easy to use for cases with one plaintiff/claimant and finite numbers of claimants/plaintiffs. Excellent analytics to monitor personal productivity and office-wide productivity.

Cons

Only real downside for me is that it is not a complete and comprehensive file-management solution. Must use firm's server for all but the simplest cases. That said, GrowPath is useful for file management about 80% of the time even in the most complex cases.

Pros

This is a fantastic all in one product. It doesn't lack anything I need to manage a very large case load. Everything is searchable and the information you need to find is easy to find quickly. Integration with Outlook email makes documenting case-related communication seamless. This product is user friendly and did not take long to learn how to use.

Cons

It would be great if the integration with Outlook included the calendar.

Coming from working on Needles, GrowPath is easy to learn and the interface is lovely.

Cons

Sometimes adding ledger entries or clicking into things is a little delayed, as opposed to instant but its not a big deal.

GrowPath has saved me a tremendous amount of time especially in merging documents. Also the ability to send e-mails and texts to the assigned attorneys and/or clients from their home screen is very valuable (along with the fact that those are saved to the case without having to cut and paste). The program was easy to learn and navigate.

Ease of accessing information in a case- able to do so on one page (no moving between tabs for information) Ease in merging documents Home screen - Reminders Ability to save e-mails and the attachments to the case

No reference manual Would like to mark notes as "important" if there is a possibility that it would be referenced at at later date

Pros

Easily integrates with cloud providers and other 3rd party tools. We love the Buzzwords feature and Matter Trackers. The dynamic scoring and dashboard makes life easier and our firm more efficient as well.

Cons

Haven't found anything to dislike yet. I highly recommend GrowPath to firms that want to succeed.

As a marketer, I use GrowPath to look at leads and whether our firm turned them into cases.

Pros

The notes on each case are all in one place, so it's easy to identify a client's first point of contact with the firm. The reporting component gives visual marketing data which is great to digest and make decisions from.

Cons

Some of the tricks of the software can take a little while to get used to like the search function needing the last name and then the first name entered.
