I overall lovw this program, it is easy for me to use and it is also client friendly. They also have an easy time navigating the site.

Pros

I like the ease of use. It handles everything I need it to (scehduling in oerson and online, email blasts, reminders, google reviews, gift certificates, reports, documentation, payments). Customer service is very prompt and always helpful. They actually answer you and provide solutions and videos to guide you through if needed.

Cons

I hate that they got rid of their alerts. For example, there used to be a function thst if you put it a message that was important i.e LATEX ALLERGY, i could create an alert and it would instantly pop up as soo as inipened their file. They have eliminated that. Also, theybgot rid of being able to attach or send videos or documents in an email. So if i cfrate a holiday card and want to put it in my email, i can not attach the file anymore. Booo!!

A fantastic piece of software that I plan to stick with and it’s been a fantastic partner in my business growth! Overall, I’m a very happy customer and highly recommend it to other therapists!

Pros

I have used ClinicSense for the last five years, ever since I opened my doors. It is a fantastic platform that handles everything from online booking to detailed SOAP charting seamlessly. It’s user-friendly, reliable and I highly recommend it for any massage therapist starting out or looking to upgrade their system.

Cons

Lack of a Client Portal is my biggest pain point. Currently, clients cannot easily log in to view or reschedule upcoming appointments on their own. They have to contact me directly for every change, which interrupts my workflow. As a sole owner/practitioner, I need my software to empower clients to self-manage their schedules so I can focus on treatment. The mobile app experience feels clunky and is not as user-friendly as the desktop version. I often find myself needing to wait until I'm at a computer to do tasks that should be easy to handle on the go.

Overall very satisfied and would recommend to other health care practitioners for electronic charting as well as calendar and scheduling purposes

Pros

The ease of use. I know exactly how to find information in charts, billing, uploaded files, etc. from the layout.

Cons

Sometimes, it can be a bit slow while navigating the website. Does not happen often but enough that I have noticed. This may also be depended on the internet connection of wherever I am, and therefore not an actual system software issue.

Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience using ClinicSense. I often recommend it to other people looking for booking software.

Pros

I have been using ClinicSense for about 4 years. I initially starting using it because the level one pricing was super affordable and it allowed me to upgrade as needed for my business. Upgrading to the second level package has made a huge difference. My clients find the online booking system easy to use, and being able to keep track of gift cards and packages online has made things easier for me. Online forms has made intake super fast easy and SOAP notes have easy to use body diagrams.

Cons

The only issue I’ve had with ClinicSense has been the app. It’s still better than a lot of other booking apps I’ve used l, but I doesn’t allow you to sell gift certificates or packages from it, which is really only a slight inconvenience.

Overall, my experience has been very good with ClinicSense. It always works the way I expect it to, and I like having the comfort that there won't be a surprise shutdown or something.

Pros

The customer support at ClinicSense is amazing. I usually get a response within 24hrs if not sooner. The support team is friendly and sends videos on how to address whatever problem I have.

Cons

I would love it if there was a way to export a client's file. Right now if I need to provide the file to a lawyer (for example), I need to download each treatment note separately, which for clients who have been coming to me for years can take a lot of time.

Pros

Easy to use, my clients love the online booking feature, and it is affordable for all of the features it offers. It keeps both scheduling and communication simple and efficient.

Cons

I would like to be able to categorize or mark clients as "Active," "Inactive," or "Deceased." Then run reports on how many clients I have in each category.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The system is easy to use for myself and for my clients. The integrated marketing helps my business grow and thrive. The customer support is unmatched(shout out to Edith!) ClinicSense is one that I recommend to all my colleagues.

Pros

I love the integrated features they have like the square payment processing integration, email campaigns for marketing, clients birthdays, and client retention. The customer support and service is unmatched. My issues are responded to so quickly and if the issue is something about the software the team has advocated for change to happen. In looking for a scheduling service it was important to me that client notes were integrated and ClinicSense does just that.

Cons

The app doesn’t have a way to write client notes so I either need to have a laptop at my office or wait until I get home to enter notes.

My experience with ClinicSense has been very good and I appreciate the help and interaction and positive support.

Pros

I love that ClinicSense allows me to run my personal (only me) massage therapy business. It is easy to use and didn't take extra time to learn. It is consistent and help is available. The cost is reasonable and is scalable-- I don't have to pay for more than I need. It is also easy for my customers to make appointments online and communicate with me.

Cons

I was concerned about choosing a clinic management software because of all the necessary details. I also felt overwhelmed by the project. Clinicsense has it all covered and I was able to learn quickly.

Overall, I love the customer support. They are exceptional in terms of how fast they get back to me, and the answers are always very very easy to follow.

Pros

ClinicSense is a great tool for my clinic practice. The value, customer support, appointment scheduling, and reminder notifications are all offerings that I like most about ClinicSense.

Cons

What I think should be improved is the ability for clients to view my schedule for the month when they get reminders from me ... at the moment it only shows 2 weeks at a time and they have to go an extra step to see my schedule for the entire month.

Excellent! We have been with clinicsense for many years and have been happy with the booking and charting options. Clinicsense continously updates and listens to our requests.

Pros

Easy to use, great customer support, reasonable pricing. Any questions I have are always answered quickly and even sometimes with video instruction!

Cons

App could use some additional features such as being able to search more functions on a client file and sell gift certificates through the app.

I started with clinicsense when I first opened my massage practice. In other work settings I have used paper files. And other similar programs. Clinicsense has been the most intuitive and straightforward to use.

Pros

Amazing customer support. It’s so easy to use both as practitioner and for my patients. Scheduling appointments is easy for them, and the adjustable parameters are awesome for me with managing appointments. Clinicsense is also very receptive to feedback and always updating their system to include requested features. I feel my files are safe with ClinicSense.

Cons

Nothing I don’t like! At one point the prices raised which is always a bit of a bummer but with all the constant upgrades they are making it does make sense.

My clients appreciate the reminders and the message about availabilities being sent every 2 weeks. They also appreciate how easy it is to book and re-schedule and cancel.

Pros

I love that clinicsense is user friendly, I love that we can now submit claims directly and that we can track the revenus and taxes all from one system.

Cons

I am finding it difficult to find a way to change the way my invoices are printing. I would like to be able To change the font but have yet to find a way to do this. So I’d say that has been my least favorite thing about it so far.

Customer service even though it's through email 10/10. I still remember the day I set up my account in 2022. The set up was a breeze. I'm very happy with everything and the few things I'm not; I will wait until they can.

Pros

Their willingness to expand the softwares features to meet client needs as industries evolve and the simple break down of pricing.

Cons

The struggle with the communication between them and the recommended credit card processors. The limitations of using the recommended processors though the software is unfortunate. Example custom tip that they can select privately

Pros

Manages my entire practice from note keeping to tax’s. Easy to navigate and locate what you’re looking for.

Cons

So far no dictation for the note keeping portion of the the software but am optimistic that the will introduce.

I like the program for its ease of use. It stays up to date with the standards of practice we require as RMTs in Canada. I love the customer support team, they are responsive and helpful with any question! I think its value for money is one of the better options out there when looking for a reliable booking and charting system.

Cons

I would love it if there were a few more reminder options for sending the clients reminders and the time-frame options to choose from before the scheduled appointment time.

Customer support is usually very good with response times. We would call them less if the text messages showed received in or log somewhere.

Cons

Requested several times scheduling of practitioners be every other week or other options but never hear back from anyone. Alos would like clients to be scheduled out reoccurring and otherwise more than a year as they need to be updated and that is very time consuming. Wondering if my studio is just outgrowing this system

There are many features to the Clinic Sense system that it would be too onerous to describe in all its detail - some I choose to use and others I don't. However, the flexibility of the system is absolutely fabulous. For example, I am "old-school" I am 75 years old and still practicing massage therapist. For example, rather than use the excellent electronic note keeping system for client records, (soap notes,) I prefer to make a printout of a client file and write notes with a pen. Well the Clinic Sense system allows me the flexibility to choose to use whatever system suits me best. I have now been a client of Clinic Sense for 8 or 9 years and I cannot imagine running my business without them.

Pros

I love the system for management of appointments without the need for myself and clients to play endless telephone tag. My clients too love this feature and are able immediately to see my availability and get an instant confirmation. I love the accounting system and am able to see my sales for any selected time period. This allows me to save immense time when it comes to completing my taxes at the end of the year and calculating the required quarterly payments necessary to send the Canadian government for both my personal return and for sales tax. I use the email newsletter section to keep my clients updated on my availability if I am taking holidays and my clients have often responded how much they like this feature. I can seamlessly send a communication with suitable photo. It is all about keeping in touch with clients and that is an important marketing tool.

Cons

Whenever I have had a problem with the system (usually because of my own incompetence around anything tech - actually, it's not at all complicated) Customer Service has been absolutely brilliant. So there have been no problems at all.

Easy and fun! It was a fast and basic setup when I signed up for the program! It is also quick and easy to use with clients!

Pros

Being a massage therapist / owner, Clinic Sense has made the business process easy and stress-free. They take pride in their customer service and response is fast if assistance is needed. The setup fits your needs whether you run a business or have employees work for you. Everything is quite helpful!

Cons

The ability to send out emails for specific groups of clients. I am a independent contractor and admin at a club house so I have the inability to send emails to specific clients or a specific group of clients.

Overall, I love this program, there are many great features to it. Easy to use and set up. I love that my appointments and clinic notes are avaliable in one application. Great value for everything it is capable of doing.

Pros

I love the fact that my clients can book themselves. The SOAP notes are excellent i also love that I can pull reports and keep track of taxes separately, this is a great feature.

Cons

The only con is the google review feature. Clients will often think they are leaving a google review but the review is only within Clinic sense. Often clients will comolete anreview but they wont actually click on the Google review, whether its because they deel its time consuming to do another review or don't see the link for Google, Im not sure.

Overall I’m beyond satisfied with ClinicSense and will continue to promote the company to my fellow LMT’s as a viable option for in upgrade to their scheduling needs.

Pros

ClinicSense has made running my own practice much easier to manage. Clients report that they love the ease of booking appointments online, and the ability to fill out paperwork pre appointment. I personally like how secure and easy the payment processing is,clients can make a deposit and if need be It can refunded with no stress. Customer support is always reliable and helpful, and the team at ClinicSense are always striving to make improvements.

Cons

Pros

CLIENTS LOVE HOW EASY IT IS. I get compliments all the time about how easy my online booking is and its such a fast experience. I love the abilility to manage my clients, do soap notes, and get credit cards on file to reduce cancellations or charge no shows. Its easy to manage and the reminders it sends to my clients is super valuable. Best value for what you get.

Cons

I'd say the things I like least they have addressed and fixed over the years. It would be nice if I could offer a separate service or company without buying another subscription (so I can send links to different clients to only see specific services) But for the needs I have this is perfect.

I love using clinicsense and always recommend them to new practitioners who are opening their business.

Pros

I love Clinic sense for my booking software. Anytime I have questions or concerns they are always timely with their responses and I love that they do personalized videos to answer my questions. I especially love their new waiting list feature, that makes it so much easier for my clients to add themselves on the list and if an appointment becomes available then it is that much easier to add them in my schedule. They are worth every penny, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Cons

what I don't like, is that now you can direct bill to telus, but it's an added fee to use, when it's free to just use the telus website.
