1\. It does not show the Estimated Delivery Date from International logistics 2. Any issue reported to be fixed, no ETA is provided, although development work going on.

I love how easy the UI is to navigate. The representative walked me through all of the screens and overall it seems easy to navigate for the first time.

We were having issues connecting our store and the support team was very patient and stuck with us to get the store connected successfully.

Not many but just had too many steps to get the store fully connected to BigCommerce

Our suppliers had to fill out the tracking codes manually which caused additional workload to them.
