Pros

Aftership provides all the details about shipments, and then their services like SMS / Email sending help us to provide a higher level of service to our customers. Since our deliveries require a signature, it is imperative that we have the type of visibility and ability to provide real time information to our customers.

Cons

Currently we're having some support issues from the partner that we integrate into Aftership with. So if we were using Aftership directly, we probably would not experience the issue we have at this time, as it is on the partner side.

The overall experience is good, no complain but some times take to long time to get answer when there is more than one agent in the ticket, and usually the new agents don't get the whole picture of the ticket. When we have the same agent or no more than two is better and faster.

Pros

The number of carrier available, multi brand, SMS and email notifications feature.

Cons

Not all the fields are available to integrate and match with Shipstation.

A good customer service team would realise they have limitations in their software and not turn down a £40k customer - however the customer service team don't care. They just want your money.

Pros

The UI is pretty but otherwise useless. That's all.

Cons

They have a seriously buggy integration which you can't troubleshoot yourself. They have a problem with things called "Carrier slugs" which even when used correctly are not 100% correct. The result; if you upload a CSV of say 10,000 tracking numbers you may find that 9,000 of them get allocated to random/incorrect couriers. Numbers allocated to incorrect couriers cannot be modified manually or through CSV meaning you are paying for a broken number. In the above example that's a cost of $800 for nothing.

I couldn't get access to change the ownership by email, but only could do it with the help with customer service, it takes time, i think, maybe it can be better doing it myself, but it's out of the privacy and security of the account and store manager, so, I can deal it.
