Pros

I love the API feature that works well with my needs, I've tested 3 other before selecting AfterShip that returns me less than 2 % of error over 100 shipments whereas competitors were returning 20+% error rate.Their customer care service is also top notch and provide you with answers and real solution quickly.

Cons

There is not really any cons that I see for now.

Overall great experience. Saves lots of time.

Pros

This keeps my customers informed of where their order is after we ship it. Their status updates and tracking page keep the customers engaged. Helps avoid customer service calls and emails.

Cons

It's a little pricey. Wish it had marketing reports.

Pros

I like the CSV upload and export functionality, that allows me to track all shipments and run macros against export data in order to manage my shipments more easily.

Cons

When my shipment numbers have changed, I would like to receive a recommendation to change my billing plan. Currently this isn't being implemented by Aftership.

Outstanding. Been using them for years.

Pros

Simply extremely useful and user friendly. I also love to be able to use the branded page with our company name and tracking status page to send to customers when we want them to track one particular shipment.

Cons

Currently (March 2023) the Android App and the Web Browser do not(!?) share the database, forcing you to manually enter shipments in each if required/desired.

The only downside to AfterShip is the generate return label seems to not work 1-2 times a month.

This has completely changed our customers' post-purchase experience. We now can tell our customers where their packages are and tell our suppliers all while informing ourselves.

Pros

Easy to use and add branding. Lots of functionality.

Cons

I found it hard to connect my WooCommerce website but Anmol was very friendly and quick to help. There's nothing else bad to say!

Excellent - I have no IT knowledge and find things like this really hard. The team always take time to explain and resolve.

Pros

Customer support is timely and diligent - I appreciate the extra efforts of the team members. Today \[sensitive content hidden\] was particularly helpful.

Cons

Knowing how to re-issue items for synch - this isn't clear to me and I ask but still am not sure. The SKUs don't re-synch when I change the data that is incorrect.

My experience with Aftership Returns has been very positive, and I've felt well supported by Aftership's CS team (shoutout to \[sensitive content hidden\]!) when I've had difficulty figuring out some aspects of the setup.

Pros

Aftership makes it easy to provide a seamless returns experience for our customers and streamline our backend flow as well.

Cons

I would like to see more options for internal communication for my team regarding open return RMA's.

Pros

Haven't had the app for long and haven't been able to test everything yet but so far very satisfied. Already used the help service and all my questions were answered very quickly, correctly and friendly. I received help from \[sensitive content hidden\]. I was also able to install the app very easily. I did not know that each service had its own app which I think is very good. It gives you a chance to use 1 app and thus not be stuck with a high monthly payment right away. So far pleasantly excited with the app!

Haven't had the app long and so far everything works as it should. So no complaints yet

I can now implement my customers labelling woes very easily from a single API. The labels produced by their system have never failed (DPD UK)

Pros

Does what it says on the tin, got it running via API in less than a day. Customer support is great - thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] for really sorting a tricky probelm out.

Cons

Sometimes navigating around the app will open several tabs, no big deal.\`

Pros

I like that automatic tracking features so customers are alerted to the progress and delivery of orders. So that they can take action if a shipment arrives without their knowledge. This way there will be less missed deliveries & returns!

Cons

It's a bit complex to set up and connect everything. But not that hard really.

Reason for choosing AfterShip

Again more features & customizations including adding images... I wish I could add Gifs that would be fantastic!
