We were in the need of a real time tracking system, delivery estimation etc. for our business to make sure our customers gets the best possible experience with us. We had too many issues with couriers not sending tracking or status and that caused us a lot of problems.

Pros

Customer service is very good and helpful, software is nice and easy to use and integration, API etc. is easy to use as well.

Cons

Nothing negative to report at this stage as integration, sales, customer service and service all went well.

We have been using AfterShip for a long time now, and it is always our way to go when we manage a product delivery. It is specially useful in Europe, where packages travel from and to different countries with several shipping companies.

Pros

It does allow tracking any package delivery despite the carrier. The mobile app is very user-friendly. The notifications are very useful.

Cons

I had some issues tracking Royal Mail packages. The full version of the software is kind of difficult to use, and not as user-friendly as the mobile app.

Aftership has many advantages compared to other platforms. It is always updating and new implementation that is quite easy to use and useful. Multiple carrier options and great for e-commerce that operates internationally.

Cons

With many updates, there can be issues with already setup integrations but with the customer support's help, the issues are quickly fixed.

Pros

It is very easy to use. You get best interface. Many editing options. Fast and accurate tracking details. I like their customer service also. Afterall I fully recommend for your shipment tracking solution for business owners.

Cons

Yes, I could not find proper tracking details for Cainiao carrier. I think You do not support them completely. We use them as one of our carriers. So faced issues in such shipment tracking process for our customers.
