Just as I wrote above, my life is a lot easier using the Aftership app. My customers know exactly where their delivery is at any time, and it saves me a lot of time.

Pros

Cons

Nothing, I have been using Aftership for several years now and I have no plans to change. It offers seamless integration with my Shopify store and I love how automated it makes everything.

AfterShip support was very helpful in walking me through a complicated syncing issue between TikTok Shop and Shopify. The team was responsive, patient, and committed to resolving the problem, which I truly appreciated. That said, the platform itself is not very intuitive when it comes to explaining why orders fail to sync. It would be helpful if error messages or sync logs provided more context or actionable guidance without needing to escalate to support. Overall, great customer service, but there’s room for improvement in user experience and transparency.

Pros

the prompt customer service done through a google meeting and sharing my screen. Customer service like this is rare — I felt genuinely supported, and it made a big difference in resolving what could have been a very frustrating situation. Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Cons

### "Worth every penny that you pay for it"

Since we have deployed AfterShip, inbound shipping questions have all stopped, and our return customer rate has increased. Since we are B2B, shipping updates are critical, and Aftership has helped us level up.

Pros

It is an excellent app for keeping my customers updated about the shipping. Once it is set up, it runs automatically. My customers get real-time updates.

Cons

Too many segmented upsells. It would be nice if the app were more comprehensive rather than requiring frequent upgrades to each feature.

My experience with AfterShip has been great! The platform continues to improve with every update, and I’m confident that they’ll continue to deliver the features we need as they roll out even more enhancements.

Pros

The AfterShip team is incredibly helpful whenever support is needed, and the platform makes integration quick and straightforward!

Cons

It would be great to have a bundle feature similar to Shoppedance. I also wish there were a simpler way to export TikTok orders that includes the corresponding Shopify order numbers, without having to manually finding the order tags in the export file.

Pros

the ease of the connection and not having to worry about uploading the orders and products manually, as well as the amazing support from the team

Cons

There isnt much but maybe that you cannot connect the same feed to different shopify stores. We are a global business with shopify stores in US, EU, AUS and UK so to be able to have one feed for all 4 would be great

I haven’t been using AfterShip for very long, but I’ve already noticed a few bugs, which I’ve reported to support. I also have a few other concerns, but unfortunately they can’t be addressed – for example, customizing the color of your cookie bar on my homepage. That orange color feels like an eyesore in my shop.

Pros

My concern was quickly acknowledged and an attempt was made to resolve it. \[sensitive content hidden\] was definitely quick to respond and took the time to help.

Cons

Unfortunately, there is still no solution to my problem at the moment, but at least it has been forwarded to the review center or development team.

So far, AfterShip has been incredibly easy to work with. It was seamless connecting my products via Amazon to TikTok Shop. Bit of a learning curve with shipping but I look forward to a demo later today.

Pros

We use regional carriers so not a lot of apps are able to recognize those carriers. Aftership has allowed us to solve that problem.

I have nothing to say, I have nothing to report. The software is good. I really appreciate to use it over these last past years.

Cons

Some customization has not availble in the basic billing plan. Such as language customization in french, we have to upgrade to the Enterprise plan to get it.

functionality of aftership was a great solution. We are an Amazon seller and being able to sync all of our listings to Tik tok shop was great

not being able to push through variations, this caused us a headache of having to create the variations first then back sync to aftership

It's been very good. It does what I need it to, and customer support is very responsive and helpful.

Pros

Its functionality, pricing and integration options. It has made syncing products and selling through TikTok Shop and Amazon FBA extremely straightforward.

Cons

It can be a bit confusing with the number of apps there are. It took a little while to find the necessary options to install the app on the TikTok side and authorise the app itself, but once done, it was easy from that point on.

makes returns and tracking easy and it integrates with squarespace which is sometimes an issue for me as most companies only focus on shopify integration.

sometimes it is difficult to edit your landing page, i couldnt get consistency between my returns and tracking landing pages.
