My overall experience with Bókun has been excellent. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and very helpful for managing tour operations. It has made my workflow more organized and efficient, and I feel confident using it for handling bookings and growing my business.

Pros

I really like how easy Bókun is to use for managing bookings and availability. The help desk is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions, and the platform makes it simple to organize tours, track reservations, and connect with distribution channels efficiently.

Cons

So far, I haven’t encountered any major issues with Bókun. Everything has been working well for my needs, and the system feels reliable. If anything, there is always room for small improvements in customization and interface speed, but overall it has been a positive experience.

Overall very positive, however the set up of certain features is very complicated and not for the everyday computer illiterate person

I like having all my bookings in one place. It makes it far easier to manage each product and have communication in one place.

Cons

email sending options are limited. the way that the automated email configuration is set up is limiting.

Overall, i am very satisfied with Bókun. It is a dependable platform that supports our day-to-day operations and allows us to manage multiple sales channels effectively. The customer support is a key strength and adds significant value to the overall experience. With some improvements in usability and reporting, it could become an even more complete solution.

Pros

Bókun is a very reliable and well-structured system, especially when it comes to connectivity with major OTAs like GetYourGuide and Viator. The platform handles inventory and availability efficiently, which is essential for daily operations. What stands out the most is the overall stability of the system and the level of support provided — the team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely tries to resolve issues quickly.

Cons

While the system is powerful, it can feel a bit complex and not always intuitive, particularly for new users. The reporting capabilities could be more advanced and user-friendly, as extracting detailed insights often requires additional work outside the platform.

Imagine if you had the most entitled people with the worst possible software and the highest limitations, paired with terrible support. Everything broke all the time, you lost money, and then they would blame you. They made every small thing that should be easy difficult for no reason and randomly locked you out of your account for no reason. We lost so much time, money, and effort that it ended up being better to literally build our own reservation system.

Pros

nothing - There's one good guy named \[sensitive content hidden\], who's literally, in his own words, the only support rep in the entire US. Everybody else is overseas, and everything about this company, Xperience Software, is horrible.

Cons

Everything is terrible. Cost is way too high. They're actually stealing data. Integrations break all the time. Bookings have dropped since we started using them because Viator is stealing the data, which is their parent company, so they can get people booked there and then hit you with fees. Overall, awful company, awful experience, awful team. Old school legacy software.

I am still getting used to all of the features and functionality. The Bokun help desk are extremely patient and where i have encountered an issue with setting up the system have worked diligently with me to address the matter.

Pros

I use Bokun in order to synchronise all of my OTA diaries in one place. I am attracted to the numerous OTA that i can connect with and hopefully overtime will see some bookings from them.

Cons

I have found the initial setting up of the system difficult. I have found that whilst the Bokun system will say that i’m connected to an OTA the link hadn’t been set up properly which has cost me a loss of potential bookings over the past couple of .months

I recently had an inquiry regarding third-party connectivity, and the team reached out directly via phone to ensure my account health was 100% on their end. Their support staff is knowledgeable and understands the urgency of the industry. Highly recommended for the professional approach

Pros

The Proactive Support is exceptional. It’s rare for a global platform to reach out with a direct phone call to verify account health and assist with third-party connectivity hurdles. Knowing there is a competent human team behind the automation gives me the confidence to scale my operations without fear of 'System Silence' when it matters most.

Cons

The only area for improvement would be the automated notification system for third-party connection errors. Sometimes, an external portal may have a login or delivery issue, and it would be beneficial if the Bókun dashboard provided a real-time 'Status Health' alert for those specific external API connections.

Despite the fact that the platform is easy, you always need support and fortunately their support department is very quick and helpful and also 24/7 which is great since you know they will resolve any issue with just a few clicks, for starters like me this is the most important!

Pros

Ease of use is the most important feature for me, since I had no previous experience with tour management platforms. The new look and feel is now much better, the previous looked cluttered, now it's a lot more clear and colors help. I have the basic option which is more than enough for starters, as you have control in all features and also provides some useful stats. I also find it a good value for money product that offers integration with so many OTA's.

Cons

The FAQ section is rather confusing and should be revised so that instructions are clear. It would also be great if scheduling was more flexible (e.g. having a tour operating day after day does not seem to work)

The bokun is good application, you can find a deferent companies and request for a service, I highly recommend it
