Pros

The solution was developed using real use scenarios, field developed so to speak which included the hands on support that was provided and should have carried forward

Cons

The pricing structure was targeted to larger institutions making it difficult to implement in small entities. Was a bummer because of the features that could have been availalbe.

We were looking to educate our end users and ensure that they remain vigilant to external phishing and other associated security attacks through emails. Phishline provided both the testing and training components in one, easy to use and manage an application.

Pros

Barracuda Phishline is simple to implement an application that allows IT admins to automate training programs for end-users to deal with phishing and our email-related security attacks. After the initial setup, training can begin almost immediately as Phishline comes with constantly updating email campaigns and associated follow up training materials.

Cons

No cons at all. The application works great and has been a huge help in training our users.
