It overall a very good experience. I would recommend them but I don't want my competitors to use them!

Pros

They are easy to work with and reasonably priced. I speak to an actual person whenever I call them.

Cons

Some of their forms are a little outdated and I have to call to get anything changed. They also don't integrate with Web Finance Direct.

Price cant be beat. It gives me capability to do the things my business needs at a fraction of the cost of others

The website is nice and user friendly for customers

Cons

For the $$ I wish there would be more free classifieds sent out to reputable auto venues. I would like to pay online WITHOUT YOUR SYSTEM SAVING MY FINANCIAL INFO. I have to call in every month - go through (very nice) people, multiple times, giving all my dealership info, etc. - just to pay my bill. I use different accounts and DO NOT want my info saved - but, unfortunately, that is now not the case.

Overall its a good product. For the price it can't be beat.

Pros

It is fairly easy to upload inventory and inexpensive, gives our business an online presence. Customer support is top notch and far exceeds expectations at this price point.

Cons

Vin scan is frustrating as it has about a 20% sucess rate. Picture upload is slow at times.
