Très bonne expérience globale pour la gestion financière et la partie administrative (facture, relance, devis etc)

Pros

Gestion des paiements, de la trésorerie, des flux entrants et sortants avec rapprochement bancaire et intégration de notre banque professionnel Facilité de création des facture, devis etc.

Cons

L'interface du CRM n'est pas très intuitive et il y a peu de possibilité de personnaliser les champs etc... on est rapidement limité pour la qualification de notre portefeuille.

Axonaut est le logiciel le plus performant pour la gestion d'une entreprise. L'interface est très agréable, les fonctionnalités sont complètes et le suivi des dossiers est très simples. Après un essai chez un concurrent, je suis vite revenue sur Axonaut. Je recommande vivement.

C’est un logiciel que nous utiliser le plus pour la gestion de nos projets. Il permet de mieux gérer la relation client et plusieurs collègues peuvent travailler sur une même activité, ce qui nous permet de communiquer.

Cons

Ce logiciel est très bon mais son apprentissage, sa compréhension s’avère être plus difficile que ce qu’on imagine.

Ils sont tellement nombreux. Facilité de prise en main, utra inuitif.Cohérence dans les différentes actions et les menus.Personnalisable au maximum

Franchement, je n'en vois pas. Si j'en trouve, mail à l'équipe Axonaut pour leur proposer une amélioration du produit. Ainsi le produit évolue à bon rythme.

Après être passé par différents "gratuits" et payant comme Sage, Axonaut parait etre la solution qui s'adapte à nos différents métiers, pour un cout raisonnable. Le service de ticketing fonctionne plutot bien au regard des autres plateformes

Pros

Axonaut permet de regrouper toutes les informations financières au même endroit, de gérer à plusieurs une même opération, facilite la relation avec notre comptable qui peut récupérer toutes les infos

Cons

Un peu compliqué de ne pas avoir une personne pendant une demi journée ou une journée pour vraiment paramétrer le logiciel. Mais il existe des prestataires je vais me rensiegner

Axonaut est un logiciel qui nous a permis de centraliser la partie commerciale et marketing tout en gérant les tâches de la production. Egalement il nous a permis de résoudre certains problèmes que nous avions avec notre ancien logiciel, comme moduler facilement nos factures et ajouter nos CGV.

Pros

Axonaut est vraiment agréable et intuitif, c'est un plaisir de travailler avec au quotidien.

Cons

Il manque des fonctionnalités, comme la modulation des tableaux du répertoire et de facturation ou pouvoir désactiver des fonctions comme les mails automatiques à chaque lecture d'un devis.
