Pros

I like the ease of access and how user friendly it is. It makes it very easy to navigate and go in and do what I need to do very quickly.

Cons

The only thing I wish was that it had an accessible app to use that would make quickly logging in and doing anything more convenient.

I really like that they do a biannual check in just to make sure we are utilizing the Rater8 services we pay for to the best of our ability so we continue to like the product and receive great results.

Pros

Rater8 has the best customer service hands down! They are so kind in all of their communication. They are extremely knowledgable on how to help their client get the most reviews online and with AI populated reviews. They encourage you in a positive way to optimize your reviews and online review platforms like Google Business profile. We were able to have a drastic increase of genuine reviews because of Rater8!

Cons

We have not experienced anything we didn't like with them. They adapted to our needs of a small town hospital. They have been amazing.

My experience with rater8 has been fantastic! Our providers seem to like it and have no complaints. Seeing updates to the platform is always exciting. Our Team Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] , always makes the meetings fun and positive!

Pros

Our practice loves that rater8 is very simple to navigate, get stats on how well our practice is doing, automatically sends out reviews to patients and we can easily toggle if we want more surveys from patients or more reviews from patients. The price for rater8's services are very nice when comparing to other companies similar to rater8.

Cons

AI assisted responses could be expanded a little bit. The responses feel like they're pre-generated and not actually AI. Seems to always follow the same pattern (Thanks for high rating > It's encouraging to receive rating > our practice strives for excellence).

It delivers consistent, actionable insights that help us monitor patient satisfaction, highlight what we’re doing well, and identify opportunities for improvement. Pros

What I like most about rater8 is the combination of an easy-to-navigate platform with powerful, real-time patient feedback. It allows us to monitor trends, highlight strengths, and identify opportunities for improvement quickly. Their customer support is exceptional, and they consistently provide guidance, best practices, and timely assistance, making the entire experience seamless.

Cons

There really isn’t anything I dislike about rater8. On rare occasions, an appeal may not be approved if it doesn’t meet the criteria, even when a comment feels unfair, but I understand and respect the need for consistent standards. Overall, this hasn’t taken away from the value of the platform.

Rater8 offers a platform that works seamlessly with our EMR. The support team is very responsive and gets the problem resolved quickly. They are up to date on new laws or market changes and inform us promptly.

Pros

Rater8 is very professional and is always finding ways to improve their product offerings. The badges on the physician pages is the best.

Cons

There are not any cons. We have been partners with Rater8 for 8 years, so it is interesting to see the growth of positive reviews over the years.

The easiest and most responsive team to deal with. The application is so easy to help you in responding to reviews. I think it is the best money we have ever spent

Pros

I love the response that rater8 can get from patients. I have never seen so many responses. We had tried many ways, and they just fell flat. No one responded. rater8 makes things happen

Nothing has been a concern for me with this group. They think of everything. And ways to improve time management too.

We've been using Rater8 for a while now, and it’s honestly great to use for our practice. It provided insights on how our patients feel. The automated feedback makes it super easy to hear from patients without having to do anything manually, and it’s great seeing more positive Google reviews come in consistently. I really appreciate how simple the dashboard is—it’s clean, easy to navigate, and gives us real-time insights into how we’re doing. Plus, knowing it’s HIPAA-compliant gives us peace of mind with patient info. Overall, it’s been a smooth and really helpful tool for keeping track of our patient experience and boosting our online reputation.

Pros

Ease of navigating the Dashboard to access feedback. it was easy to track Google reviews as well as respond feedback. being able to create custom and free responses allowed for more personable replies of appreciation to our patients.

Cons

It was fit for what we need. So no cons to consider at this time.

Pros

You are able to see a overview of our score in one location. I also love the fact that Rater8 offers template responses.

Cons

Wish Rater8 offered the ability to download and print all reports in pdf or excel.
