Overall, it's a great software, and is definitely something I think students should invest in. Pros It makes it easy to keep track of everything related to your mentor in a single location. You can see how far along you are in the program. It makes reporting the details of your meetups easy. The notes for each meeting with your mentor are kept separate and secure. Cons There wasn't anything that I really disliked about it. It was very intuitive to navigate, being a tech major myself. However, it took me a while to figure out how to log past sessions. I like that I get to see my mentor's profile and his expertise. The site has no ads and no security issues, which is great. I am using this platform through AWWA, so I haven't had to pay anything and can't really comment on the value for money. But considering all I have experienced using it, I believe it definitely is. Also, the mentorship I received has been extremely helpful in my learning. It has not been entirely academic; I have been able to learn so much about how the water industry works, and the efforts they put into making sure that communities have safe drinking water, continuously. Cons I have liked everything so far, except for a few spelling mistakes I saw when choosing the soft skills I wanted to achieve at the end of the mentorship. Cons It does add quite a few steps to the process and the pre-planned agendas are interesting but ultimately we identify what is most impactful in the calls and conversations are often organic.
