Ces cinq années n'ont été qu'une succession de dysfonctionnements, de promesses non tenues et d’un service client tout simplement inexistant une fois les factures réglées. Les problèmes techniques sont fréquents, parfois bloquants, et surtout jamais véritablement résolus. Il faut souvent attendre plusieurs semaines – voire des mois – pour obtenir une réponse à un simple email. Et encore faut-il relancer à plusieurs reprises. Les numéros de téléphone indiqués dans les signatures des interlocuteurs ne sont pas les bons. Impossible de joindre qui que ce soit de manière fiable ou rapide. Une fois le contrat signé et le paiement effectué, Beetween devient tout bonnement injoignable. Ajoutez à cela des augmentations tarifaires imposées de façon unilatérale et non expliquées, qui vous sont justifiées a posteriori en vous renvoyant à des mentions obscures dans les conditions générales de vente. Pire encore : lors des échanges avec leur équipe commerciale, ces informations ne sont jamais communiquées de manière transparente. Nous avons fait preuve de patience, de bonne volonté, et donné de nombreuses chances à Beetween de se rattraper. En vain. Notre recommandation est donc claire : évitez cette solution. Elle n'est ni fiable, ni professionnelle, ni à la hauteur des attentes minimales d’un prestataire RH. Pros Aucun, je suis très sérieux. Impossible de travailler sur un ATS bourré de bugs. Un SAV inexistant. Cons Rien ne vas, la liste serait trop longue. SAV : 0 Produit : 0 Je déconseille fortement cette solution. Pros Le produit est très intuitif et facile d'utilisation. Les annonces une fois mise en place elles sont publiées instantanément. L'ergonomie de la solution est moderne est très lisible, les fonctionnalités sont suffisantes pour classifier, envoyer des mails et faire des réponses aux candidats. De plus la création d'une page carrière adoptant la charte graphie de notre commune est un vrai plus !
