Never really needed any support as things are very clear cut. Pros Everything is great about the tool especially the hyper local geo tracking. Cons Can get pricey the more KWs you add. But if you are making money then there is really no excuse. Switched from [Ahrefs](https://www.capterra.com/p/176340/Ahrefs/) Ahrefs local tracking is not great. They are great at finding KWs, but using a tool like NightWatch helps to confirm those rankings before you make yourself look stupid and reach out to a prospect and they are actually ranking better than Ahrefs said. Does most things well. Cons It's open source so there is little to no "customer support" and the development team is not always quick to respond to issues. The tool utilizes Javascript and the asynchronous nature of JS can be VERY frustrating when putting together test flows that you expect to run synchronously.
