Pros

We have impletmented theHighlevel crm into our products and service offerings. The functionality has been tremendous and the additional revenues have been significant

Cons

The software can be slow at times and the email functionality could use some improvement

Pros

I like all the features, very good time saving automation.

Cons

After 4 hours waiting on zoom and wasting time calling them I have got absolutely no where. They get onto the zoom call and leave straight away

Pros

Zero. I regret buying. Difficult to use and takes ages to get help.

Cons

Everything - clunky, poor UX, not simply to use, basic things such as 'education' is missing as a tab.

Love it! With the tools supplied by HighLevel you can easily position your company above other agencies and charge more money - all while getting better results for your clients.

Pros

So simple to use, amazing functionality, puts following up with lead on autopilot, helps track conversions, helps get online reviews, great survey and opt in form builders.

Cons

You still have to pay for a Twilio account to get text messaging to work and set up a Mailgun account (that's free) - would be nice if everything was handled within the software so you didn't need any other outside programs.

Pros

Not much, SMS marketing and automation mainly. Fairly good templates for websites

Cons

How they removed my automation workflow and have very slow customer support.

Great so far! The customer service team are very helpful and make sure to solve your problem.

Pros

HighLevel has so many features it's incredible, I 've used the Funnel Creation aspect of it to build a high quality website for my business and I use the software's Appointment Scheduling aspect to book calls with prospects and clients.

Cons

Snapshots can be a bit of a pain to integrate if you're ever using a sub account, as you'll have to contact the agency account \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] so that they can add it to your account, it can be quite time consuming, if you sign up for an account though this isn't a problem.

My experience so far has been stellar. I'm anxious to build out my company's CRM more and offer the solution to more of my clients as I get even more adept at the software.

Pros

What's most impressive about HighLevel is the amount of tools you get in one package. This software allows you to create landing pages, build out a CRM to keep track of visitors and communicate with them - email and text messaging, have separate accounts for each of your clients, and honestly a lot more I haven't even had time to dig into yet.

Cons

They are a bit new so every once in a while during an update, certain integrations can mess up temporarily. But the dev team and support team are usually right on top of it with quick solutions.

This software overall is amazing and I highly recommend it to any agency owner who is looking for a solid, one-stop shop to organize, analyze, and transact in their business.

Pros

So robust and has an almost endless amount of amazing features. Any function you can think of when running an agency, this software has the solution.

Cons

This software has a pretty steep learning curve and takes a while to become proficient.

Overall, it's both simple and complex. The automation and workflows take a little time to figure out, but they're great once you get them to work.

Pros

The SaaS mode is a real game changer - you can enable direct billing for your clients to use the platform.

Cons

The website builder leaves a lot to be desired. The existing templates are pretty bad and aren't something I would ever use for myself or my clients.
