Love HighLevel, so glad I don't have to track all the data they can on spreadsheets or anything now!

Pros

The ease of use, especially for a total beginner like me! I'm learning how to navigate the software on the software! I love that they train me how to use it AND how I could benefit from signing other businesses up on this incredible software!

Cons

Just the things they're still teaching me to do. As soon as it's shown to me, I see how seamless it all is again. No complaints so far - just still learning the depth of it all, not just surface level

### "Worst support I have ever encountered."

The initial training is not enough - barely enough to get you started.

Pros

HighLevel has many good features. Email templates and campaigns.

Cons

Their support is terrible. I can hardly understand most support staff as their English leaves a great deal to be desired. It takes forever to get through their question tree to get service. Just about everything has to be "escalated". I have waited days for an answer to simple questions.

I am happy with the experience with the software but their tech support can improve a lot.

Pros

1\. The software is easy to use and can be customized to fit the specific needs of a business if you have the talent. 2. The software is affordable and includes a wide range of features that are helpful for small if you can sell the SaaS platform. 3. Open API allows businesses to integrate the software with other systems, can do amazing stuff to build on the platform.

Cons

HighLevel is definitely worth the investment because of the multitude of ready-to-use services it offers for clients. Not only that, but their API integrations make it powerful to connect with other services making the whole process enjoyable. The tech support could use some improvement, but overall, HighLevel is a great tool for agencies!

I have been a valued customer with HighLevel for almost 3 years and I have only good things to say. They are always there to help with all types of service which is far beyond what is expected. This is the only company I know where you can speak with the Co-founds at any time and they will actually hop on a call with you to help with your issue. will HIGHLY recommend this company to any marketing agency whether they are a new agency or one with over 100 clients!!!

### "Issues with support and billing"

I wouldn't recommend anyone use this unless you are a tech person or want to spend a lot of time with issues. I know someone who stil uses them but there are always bugs and the support isn't great.

Pros

The advertised features are great. They have lots of affiliates that make 40% plus on their product recommendations so you will hear lots of good things. There are two main companies that do support beyond Highlevel that charge 150-300 a month.

Cons

Billing support was aweful and they gave me the runaround about charges and refunding them. They said they were going to refund charges and then didn't and I had to follow up multiple times and then was left disappointed in the end. This company does not care about you at all and everyone seems to be incentivized through bonuses in sighups without any performance. You are getting a product that has a 100% markup. Its obvious from the 5 people I talked to in support that they weren't there to really help. Everyone said "sorry" but in a way that didn't seem genuine and after each encounter I still had to follow up to ask more aboout why this issue wasn't taken care of properly.

Worst tech customer service I've ever experience.

Pros

Nothing, since we were never able to deploy it at the simplest of levels due to their lack of support.

Cons

Worst experience dealing with a marketing automation/crm system in my life and I've worked with 15+ systems. Support was great when you could get a human but after almost 3 weeks of them trying to solve just 1 of our 25 issues I finally canceled because there was no communication, no matter how often I reached out to them. I personally lost $1000s in payments to my web developer, not to mention they almost made me lose my largest client. Very disappointing. I think this is the case of a tech co growing way too fast and not being able to keep up with their customers.

NO Pros only cons. On their main landing page they say no contract, no obligation, cancel anytime and sign up now. 14 days trial period.Well its a lie.

Absolutely amazing! They have to work out some kinks but it's gotten way better even in the last few months, so they are constantly working to improve it. I have no doubt that it will be off the charts in a few months.

Pros

It eliminates the need for most of the softwares I've been using from clickfunnels, clicksend, active campaign and more, which helps justify the cost because I'm actually saving money but canceling other subscriptions. Oh! And 2-way texting!!

Cons

The CRM functionality could definitely be better. As a whole, sometimes the software runs slow from a user perspective (definitely not often).

My overall experience is good, still a lot to learn, but HighLevel offers several tutorials and working sessions to optimize your software.

Pros

This is a all-in-one solution for your marketing efforts. I am new to this software and still working my way through integrations and workflows. This software can replace several other marketing platforms such as email marketing, sms marketing, CRM and social media publishing. The customer services is amazing and the onboarding process and customer success team is great.

Cons

With lots of functionality comes a serious learning curve. From sales funnels to workflows to pipelines, it has taken almost a month to really get into the software to understand the integrations and functionality. I was also unware of the additional costs for SMS and email marketing, this probably comes with my novelty to the product.

I actually want to use high level and even introduce it to other businesses on mass, however the above issue which I can't even get help on, are a genuine concern. I read other reviews with similar issues and I just assumed they would have fixed these things by now. But nope!

Pros

Great functionality and business model. Good community of people that are working with the software

Cons

They have attempted to charge me even though I cancelled my trial days earlier. I also can't even access the support portal, as my log in details are not recognised, even though they work for logging into my account. Can't even reset password as it says I'm not the administrator, when I clearly am and have been the only person to access the account.

Has helped quite a bit with CRM but would prefer to integrate with wordpress so we don't have to login to like 4 systems.

Pros

Drag and drop interface is nice. Endless customizations per campaign. Lots of integrations with other helpful tools like zapier. Logs conversations and can continue them from within the system.

Cons

Not super intuitive at times. Lots of clicking to get anywhere. No wordpress integration. Expensive if you want to do a lot with it.

### "Glitchy features and terrible suppor"

I paid for their premium setup and received very poor results. They created a generic landing page and input my company location information. That's it... On my onboarding call the rep kept getting up from the computer to blow his nose. Very odd. I asked for a refund and they were terrible about it. Furthermore, I keep getting charged even though my account is cancelled and support refuses to help. This has been going on for weeks.

Pros

It has a nice dashboard and offers many features.

Cons

Unfortunately I found a lot of the features did not work properly and couldn't be relied on.

once it works, it does a really good job of managing your campaigns and leads. The key is getting ti to work for you.

Pros

There are a ton of features in this app, and it really COULD do 90% of all your marketing and Sales

Cons

Support and it is complicated as all heck to use! You will need a lot PATIENCE if you want to get this app to work the way that you want it to, with LOTS and LOTS of support tickets that take a LONNNNNG time to get answered or resolved

I love how they've focused on the needs of marketing agencies and are building a platform specifically for my needs. And they have the best customer support I've ever experienced. Blows any other company out of the water with how fast they respond and fix and problems you find.

Cons

Hard to find anything I don't like... but I would say that the email marketing options are a bit limited and not robust enough for me to switch from my Email marketing software

Pros

HighLevel offers nearly a dozen services in its very inexpensive monthly package. All tolled, this would cost 10x as much if procuring the same services from different companies.

Cons

It's complicated to learn. But it's powerful once you do learn how to do things. Finding out about high level is something I am very happy about. I wish I would've learned about it sooner.

Very good, although its missing very important features regarding different languages, such as spanish.

Pros

Its very easy to use, at first it might be a little confusing but once you understand how it all works together its very easy to figure everything else out.

Cons

Theres a lot of features they're still missing and they do updates every so often but also have some crashes. Last update they did messed up all our calendars and if it weren't by chance that we saw what had happened we would've had big problems.

I love how easy it is to use and teach people to use it. We have every single one of our clients use this system because it works. We can set it up for them and train them in under an hour. We love the highlevel support team. They help us with any questions we have and respond very quickly. Highlevel is the best.

Cons

It is slow. The dashboard is a little bare. Broadcasts need to be easier.
