So far it's been great, real time saver for publishing to socials in bulk. There is a bit of a learning curve but overall it has been pretty easy. I started about 2 weeks ago and feel I am pretty proficient now.

Pros

The support from staff, they are friendly and helpful always. Most of the time they are available right from a chat window.

Cons

Not being able to scroll from month to month when viewing the calendar is a bit unfortunate, you have to manually switch to the next month. A bit expensive compared to other apps I pay for.

Publer provides a great concept of use to maintain and build your social audience from a single location. It is especially good if you have multiple accounts to maintain. Media agencies like mine use Publer vs directly posting on social due to its convenience.

Cons

The billing and support department at Publer is awful. There are long delays to receive a response and most the time, the response provided is not even related to the issue. Additionally, social accounts are constantly disconnected at random. It is a daily chore to have to reconnect the accounts over and over again.

Publer does a great job of anticipating needs and work uses so they most likely already have the features you're looking for. I've been impressed with their ingenuity and user experience in using the platform.

I really like the ability to schedule things in advance, know when/where/what is being published, and the ability to proactively schedule follow up posts when they hit certain criteria.

Cons

Setting posting schedules for multiple channels is always time consuming and difficult, but Publer streamlined this so I can copy/paste from another channel, so it wasn't nearly as bad.

My overall experience has been terriric, everything is laid out so intuitively it makes sense, I don't have to watch a video, although I think they did have a one of those bubble guides when I enrolled explaining each menu item. So all in all very simple and easy to use

Pros

The scheduling feature. I was using another service that charged more and was not as complete. With Publer I can create my weekly posts, schedule them all and be done in less than 10 minutes per account, using AI of course, lol. Really happy I found them and I have already recommended them to my business advisor.

Cons

I haven't had anything to complain about yet, there is always things each saas platform could do, emails, text services, but I like Publer because they stay in their lane and excell at what they are good at.

The autoschedule feature is the biggest advantage. It lets us queue posts across multiple social media accounts in advance and saves our team a lot of time. The interface is clear, and the bulk scheduling makes campaign planning simple.

Cons

The free plan limit of 10 posts feels restrictive when testing. That said, the paid upgrade is still reasonably priced and worth it once you need to scale.

Pros

It is the little things. The ability to reorder images in a post seems small but it means a lot to me. Also like the interface. Easy to find things.

Cons

The workspaces can feel a bit clumsy trying to post to multiple companies with the same posts, like franchise posts.

I just switched from Loomly (after nearly 10 years) to Publer, and I'm so impressed. I get all the features Loomly offers but at almost half the price, and on top of that, I get additional excellent features that Loomly doesn't offer at any price level. The interface is excellent, and yes, of course, some teething issues as I get to know it, but then it's excellent. As a micro-business, solopreneur, this is fantastic, and I've opted for the business plan because it's such good value for money. Also, their workaround for Facebook Group Postings is brilliant! It's re-ignited a desire for social media marketing, which I normally hate doing.

Pros

All the features are easy to use, from the initial setup of social accounts and design customisation to video and image uploads and security.

Cons

I can't say I've found any challenges with Publer so far the interface is great and the whole system is user-friendly

Publer let's me use the service for multiple clients and it is not expensive to add more than one company.

Pros

I am able to schedule Google Business Profile updates and events to different clients profiles. I like that I am able to have multiple businesses with their own profiles to work from. It allows for multiple clients, a reasonable amount for a fair and affordable cost.

Cons

So far it serves its purpose for what I subscribe to it for. I don't have anything I can share about not liking it. I am very grateful that this service exists and it is a fair price and not outrageous cost for a small business like mine.

There are a few features I need that aren't available yet—for example, posting links in Facebook Stories

Support is very quick. I had some support issues and they got back quick. Overall would recommend to those looking for a good publishing software.

Pros

Easy access to schedule across multiple platforms. Custom thumbnail integration is great and as well ability to do tags.

Cons

I don't like how it can lag out and get stuck on the publishing page. Also it looks like price can increase a ton depending on amount of accounts but everything else is awesome!

I like the browser plugin that allows me to quickly capture ideas on websites and then have them available to me as drafts in Publer.

Cons

I am still missing a connection to Microsoft Teams. I would like to be able to customize the dashboard.
