Media agencies like mine use Publer vs directly posting on social due to its convenience. Cons The billing and support department at Publer is awful. There are long delays to receive a response and most the time, the response provided is not even related to the issue. Additionally, social accounts are constantly disconnected at random. I get all the features Loomly offers but at almost half the price, and on top of that, I get additional excellent features that Loomly doesn't offer at any price level. The interface is excellent, and yes, of course, some teething issues as I get to know it, but then it's excellent. As a micro-business, solopreneur, this is fantastic, and I've opted for the business plan because it's such good value for money. Also, their workaround for Facebook Group Postings is brilliant! It's re-ignited a desire for social media marketing, which I normally hate doing. Cons I don't like how it can lag out and get stuck on the publishing page. Also it looks like price can increase a ton depending on amount of accounts but everything else is awesome!
