So far it's been great, real time saver for publishing to socials in bulk. There is a bit of a learning curve but overall it has been pretty easy. I started about 2 weeks ago and feel I am pretty proficient now.

Pros

The support from staff, they are friendly and helpful always. Most of the time they are available right from a chat window.

Cons

Not being able to scroll from month to month when viewing the calendar is a bit unfortunate, you have to manually switch to the next month. A bit expensive compared to other apps I pay for.

Pros

Publer provides a great concept of use to maintain and build your social audience from a single location. It is especially good if you have multiple accounts to maintain. Media agencies like mine use Publer vs directly posting on social due to its convenience.

Cons

The billing and support department at Publer is awful. There are long delays to receive a response and most the time, the response provided is not even related to the issue. Additionally, social accounts are constantly disconnected at random. It is a daily chore to have to reconnect the accounts over and over again.

Pros

Publer is easy to establish a connection between social media and Publer, and it's also super useful to have a chance to connect more than one channel from Instagram.

Cons

Unfortunately, the calendar is not so intuitive like I was expecting; also, is missing the hour view to set up publication.

All in all it's doing it's job as a social media management tool very well. It saves me a ton of time by making scheduling posts a breeze.

Pros

I really like being able to use the collaboration feature of Instagram. This is kinda unique. Also posting to Telegram is very niche. Uploading videos and images is very easy and works well.

Cons

The media folder UI could use some polishing. I don't like how folders and media are shown there when switching to list view it only affects media not the folders.

Pros

The option to draw on all previous content (pre Publer as ewll as since joining) is superb. I can regularly schedule posts for months and years in advance which has saved hours. I no longer write a separate social media plan as the calendar makes it really visual. I like that I'm able to upload media to the app on my phone or on the webiste from my computer and then use them repeatedly. I also love being able to write the comments along with the post - that's been a huge win. I am not very techy by nature and found this very intuitive and simple. I also like that the primary focus is Facebook and not Instagram, which works well for my business (it does both fine). Good value for money too.

Cons

I find the calendar a little clunky to view, although I'm not sure how I would suggest it could look. The auto schedule option is almost excellent but fails to be usable because it means posting the same type of content at the same time each week. It would be much better if it could be every x posts or at least the same time each month, for example. To explain, I like to post an affiliate product every 10 days or so, and that would be perfect for this as I could get them queued up and then just choose the gaps as 'aff slots', but I'm not able to do that.

It Just Works: After so many frustrating experiences, the biggest pro is that Publer is reliable, intuitive, and does exactly what it promises to do. Highly recommended.

Pros

All in one place, no need to leave the app. It has seamlAs a solo founder building my brand, Narrated.life, my most valuable asset is my time. I needed a tool that enabled a "smart working" approach to social media, and Publer delivers in a big way. The direct Canva integration is seamless and saves a huge amount of time. The ability to write a post once and then easily customize it for every platform (like adding a single topic for Threads or putting the link in the first comment for LinkedIn) is a game-changer for content quality and efficiency.

Cons

Publer is at the higher end of the market, which can be a significant investment for a solo founder or small business. For me, the time and frustration it saves provides excellent value, but the upfront cost is a real consideration compared to simpler tools.

Pros

It is the little things. The ability to reorder images in a post seems small but it means a lot to me. Also like the interface. Easy to find things.

Cons

The workspaces can feel a bit clumsy trying to post to multiple companies with the same posts, like franchise posts.

Great so far, product is in constant development and new features are added regularly. Support is efficient.

Pros

Simplicity and speed of implementatation of social media channels. Value for money is really good compared to some other software.

Cons

Multiple workspaces are great feature, but also I love payment per connected channel. I don't have to select package of 25 channels if I don't need that much, I pay just for what I use.

### "Great Service for Soloprenuer Marketing Collaborations With Small Local Businesses"

It has been very positive. I am a small soloprenuer marketing company. It is just me. I am typically other small businesses' contracted digital marketing person that helps them optimize their Google Business Profile and other aspects that are important without having to hire someone full time. Publer let's me use the service for multiple clients and it is not expensive to add more than one company.

Pros

I am able to schedule Google Business Profile updates and events to different clients profiles. I like that I am able to have multiple businesses with their own profiles to work from. It allows for multiple clients, a reasonable amount for a fair and affordable cost.

Cons

So far it serves its purpose for what I subscribe to it for. I don't have anything I can share about not liking it. I am very grateful that this service exists and it is a fair price and not outrageous cost for a small business like mine.

### "A Solid Social Media Tool"

Pros

I’ve been using Publer for a while now, and it’s honestly a solid tool for scheduling social media posts. It’s super easy to use, supports a bunch of platforms, and the calendar view makes planning content way less stressful. I especially like the bulk scheduling and the link in bio feature they save a ton of time. It’s not overly complicated or pricey, which is perfect if you’re a freelancer or managing a few brands. Definitely a great alternative to the bigger tools out there.

Cons

The only downsides are that the analytics are pretty basic, and the mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version.
