I didn’t plan to write this. But after months of trying to resolve this privately, I feel other hosts should know what happened. I purchased a full-year Premium subscription from AvaiBook. Before payment, communication was quick and proactive. After payment, everything changed. Within the first 10 days I discovered serious technical problems affecting my listings and guest communication: – Booking.com bedroom setup keeps resetting – Photos don’t sync – Airbnb city tax settings get deleted – VRBO sync doesn’t work properly – Booking.com room details don’t sync correctly – Automatic emails failed — my last guest (\[sensitive content hidden\]) never received check-in instructions For a host, these are not small bugs. These are revenue and compliance risks. AvaiBook advertises a 14-day evaluation period. I reported the issues within that timeframe and requested a refund. The refund was refused. Phone calls stopped being answered. Support stopped being solution-oriented. At that point, I felt misled. Because when a product is sold with a “trial” promise, and a customer reports major issues within that period, the expectation is fairness. After exhausting internal escalation, I filed formal complaints in Portugal and at EU level. This case is now officially documented. I’m still open to a fair resolution. But if you are a host considering an annual subscription — test everything carefully before committing.

Nothing. Defective product. Its not work properly, no customer supported. Not answering your calls and msg.

Cons

Product work defectively. No any proper support. Not follow trial period promise. Just will take your money and left you 121 with tons of problems regarding your business.

Mi consejos son: 1. Analiza bien los servicios que ofrece y compara con la competencia, verás que Avaibook es el más barato per también el que peores opiniones tiene, por lo tanto, lo más probable es que sea bastante poco útil a fin de cuentas. 2. Nunca pagues suscripción anual ni pagues con tarjeta, de este modo nunca podrás recuperar tu dinero. 3. Graba todas las llamadas y reuniones que tengas preguntando dudas y consultas, para que después las respuestas si sean vinculantes, de otra forma nunca podrás demostrar las artimañas de captación. 4. No aceptes un vale para poner una opinión positiva, haz valer la honestidad y profesionalidad de tú opinión.

Nella fase di acquisto riceverai molto attenzione e assistenza, ottimo on boarding, pero dopo scarsissima assistenza.

Cons

Il customer care è scarso, non hanno un recapito telefonico e l'unico modo per contattarli è attraverso messaggi con un tempo di attesa di circa un giorno. Se hai un'urgenza, dovrai comunque aspettare e sperare di ricevere una risposta chiara e precisa, cosa che non capita spesso. Nel nostro secondo mese con Avaibook abbiamo avuto un overbooking tra due prenotazioni arrivate quasi simultaneamente. Di tasca mia ho dovuto pagare 70 euro ad Airbnb, per fortuna era una prenotazione di pochi giorni, come multa per aver dovuto cancellare una prenotazione a causa dell'overbooking, e ho perso la possibilità di diventare Super Host a luglio. Avaibook non si è assunto la responsabilità dell'overbooking, giustificandosi con il fatto che il sistema non ha avuto tempo di aggiornarsi. Tuttavia, nel contratto non c'è una clausola che esonera Avaibook dalla responsabilità per un overbooking dovuto alla mancanza di aggiornamento del sistema. L'overbooking non è stato causato da me: pago un channel manager proprio per evitarlo, ma gli oneri li ho dovuti sostenere io. Deludente, mi pento di non aver letto le recensioni prima di averlo acquistato. Dopo questo prima anno non rinnoverò l'abbonamento in quanto ho già trovato un altro gestionale che offre supporto al momento via telefono.

Ha sido una experiencia difícil, decepcionante, deficitaria, frustrante e ilustradora.

Gestión de contenido, tarifas, y el calendario de reservas para todos los canales, y el checking.

Cons

La implementación esta muy mal tutorizada, es muy escueta y autónoma. Las consultas de atención del servicio son vía chat falta conectividad del servicio de atención al cliente y soporte 20/7. La atención telefónica desaparece cuando lo han vendido. Módulos como el market Data son una quimera, si gestiono el precio según el análisis inteligente del mercado no vendo una cama o la vendo a precios con perdidas del 30%. No se han obtenido resultados relevantes vs anteriores ejercicios, por lo que el coste no esta justificado. supone un incremento de costes según el volumen de facturación a tener muy en cuenta. Estos datos han sido contrastados con las ventas directas por nuestros propios medios 90%, y comparadas con ventas de anteriores ejercicios 20 Años de experiencia. Gestión y dirección de Hoteles con dirección de dos pequeños hoteles. y un lote de apartamentos y casas rurales de diferentes categorías VT y VUT en la comunidad Gallega.

Para gestionar 5 propiedades VUT Y VT, me permitía adquirirlo subvencionado por 12 meses abaratando notablemente la implementación y prueba. Aparentemente ofrece todo lo que uno puede desear, sin embargo, no se obtienen los resultados esperados e incluso en el periodo de implementación ocasiona importantes trastornos y perjuicios. Cuando uno sopesa coste \_servicio y resultados sale desproporcionado.

Nessun vantaggio perchè l'utilizzo è stato interrotto. Ho bruciato 60 € e non rispondono alla mia richiesta di rimborso.

Questa azienda ha la stessa integrità del gatto e la volpe di Pinocchio. Indubbiamente mi sono fidata e vi consiglio di non farlo. Ho acquistato il servizio Giovedì 8 febbraio, Lunedì 12 Febbraio inizio onboarding con il reparto tecnico ed a quel punto si è compreso che le funzioni non ricoprivano le mie aspettative. Quindi non si completa onboarding e si interrompe l'utilizzo del software. Ciò dovrebbe comportare che le condizioni contrattuali non subentrano (come indicato nel contratto) e che io debba avere diritto al rimborso ma nulla. Né rispondono, né ho il servizio. Non so come finirà questa vicenda, sto cercando di riprendermi i miei soldi portando a casa questa lezione che condivido per altri.
