### "Great platform and surprisingly more effective than MailChimp!"

It's been great so far and hope the company can continue to maintain it's stellar customer experience team as they scale.

Pros

Free trial for 10,000 emails a month was the hook. Their stellar customer service is what retained me. Their features are quite intuitive and it was easy to make the transition from MailChimp.

Cons

I think that pricing could be more competitive for the second and third-tier product. With MailChimp, I have a limit of 50,000 contacts for $10 package.

An easy to use system for start ups/ email marketing newbies who need an easy system to manage and connect with database.

Pros

\-a more polished look (vs outlook) to circulate our bulletins, promote our training programmes & events -easy to use interface - tracking system for sent campaigns (click rate etc). -Easy to use templates that offers flexibility to customise

Cons

\-unable to determine if emails end up in spam

### "It's adequate but could be better in terms of UX"

Pros

It's easy and intuitive enough to use.

Cons

There are a few features that would be helpful to have, such as: - duplicating delivered and undelivered campaigns - ability to send automated emails triggered by events, such as new sign up - ability to save content block
